Derrick was called to fix a dishwasher that was clogged. He was very friendly He took the time to find the problem. And Nathan was called to fix a clogged toilet line. Nathan had been here before for the same issue several months prior and remembered me and my dogs! Great demeanor and service! Bonus points: Nathan recommended the membership and it has already come in handy!! And my dogs remembered him too and didn’t even seem anxious around him! These are two large German Shepherds! ?. 05/16- This time Jake and Quinton came out to fix a broken septic tank line. They were very friendly, quick and thorough. They showed me every step in the process and were done within 3 hours! They even came back with grass seed and straw to cover the muddy tracks that their truck left in my yard as I am selling the house! They also put they seed and straw on the mud that was left behind where they had stacked their digging pile! They didn’t have to do that, but really understood my concern for the new buyers!

In addition to replacing the garbage disposal, Michael replaced the P trap. He aims to please and is pretty funny, too.

I was amazed at the service. AttaBoy replaced a water heater several months ago. Today we recognized evidence of water in our garage near the recent water heater install. We assumed it was related to the water heater and we rang the company just after 8 AM this morning. Jake Waycott was on site near noon (I love the email with the photo that came when he was dispatched). He diagnosed the issue as not the water heater but the pipe connecting the water softener to the drain was too short allowing a back flow of water. He had a replacement pipe in this truck. He spent about 30 minutes installing a new pipe. When my wife asked about the charge he said..No Charge I was shocked. I am now an Attaboy customer for life.

This Plumbing Company is a beautiful bright light in the service industry!!! We called today to get a quote on several issues in an older home that we just purchased. The lady in the office was quite friendly and competent, and said she had an opening today! John text shortly after we hung up and stated he was on his way...I really liked that! Shortly thereafter, he did indeed arrive.

We then explained all our concerns to include a leak in the crawl space that we were informed of during the Initial inspection and we also addressed our concerns regarding the smell of the well water and the need for a whole house water filtration system among other smaller issues. John checked everything out and reported back. He advised us that there absolutely was no leak under the house and further stated it was clean and dry enough under there to sleep. He then explained why we had the smell from the faucet and further told us there was a water filtration in place already and showed us exactly how to change the filter and where to purchase the replacements! This guy has more integrity in his little finger than most all combined that We’ve ever dealt with! We will never call any other plumber in the future...this company has absolutely amazing standards! Miguel has completed our last two projects and both times we’ve have been very pleased! He is a very thoughtful, polite young man that takes pride in his work. There are contractors, few and far between, that are worth every penny. Bob is that plumber. When he retires, he will leave a gaping hole in the industry. He is very detail oriented and found and repaired several leaks in my gas lines. He is also personable, so knowlegeable, and not in the least arrogant or condescending about his knowledge. We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence.
