Best Plumbing Leak Detection in Indianapolis IN

Sump pump that was installed 2 1/2 months ago was going on every 5 min, staying on for 5 min. The side of the pump was actually dry. Turns out the float had a piece of debris stuck in it causing the problem. Avery was awesome & Jeff backed up his word when I had originally asked for the pit to be cleaned out. It was not when installed, but Avery completed that part. Thanks so much!!

He was timely and did a great job!

We had a late night sewage sump pump problem. Sewage was backed up in the basement bathroom and leaking from the tank cover. Needless to say I was in a panic. 24-7 Plumbing was very responsive and sent a plumber to us within the hour. The plumber, Clint, was very knowledgeable and professional. He determined the pump was burnt up and he replaced it. I was impressed with Clint’s workmanship and asked him to return the next day to examine the water sump pump for any problems. Turns out one of the two pumps was also burnt up. Clint explained my options and I chose to have both pumps replaced as a precautionary measure since they were 10 years old. I would highly recommend this company and will call on them for my future plumbing needs.

Well at least they showed up. Cause last night they didn’t. Needed two issues fixed and they left without even looking at my leaking drain from my tub into my basement and they did unclogged the kitchen drain at least, I guess I a got one done but still have my leak on that , Ohh boy. Make your own opinion from what I experienced. Nice guys friend and respectful. Just not happy about still having a leaking issue.

I've been using Howald now for years after going back and forth w/ other groups (both solo truck operators and other large groups)...truly here HOWALD KNOWS it's customers... they are very candid and provide great diagnostic to those, like me, that are not plumbing savvy. Therefore I feel in control of the situation and not under pressure to act as if i'm backed in a corner.Watching what Sam did today (4 different plumbing projects) it would have taken me 2 full days to figure it out and buy parts where he was done in 4 hours. Great work

After getting two quotes for much more extensive (unneeded) repair, a neighbor recommended Hellyer. They addressed only the issue at hand and replaced the leaking pipe without any major demolition or remodel. The overall price was about 1/4 of what the other companies quoted, not counting what would have been necessary remodeling. We are so grateful we heard about them in time and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
