Had new quartz countertops put in kitchen and Jeff hooked up my water, dishwasher, garbage disposal and gas stove! Very happy with the visit! He also will be returning to put in two bathroom drains that need replaced .

Godby has been my heating and plumbing company for a number of years. I believe them to be totally honest and above board with the issues I have had with an aging home. There have been several occasions when I thought I needed to replace something, and their serviceman has explained to me why that was not so and what and how much it would take to repair. I have purchased a new air conditioner and hot water heater from them and have been totally happy with both. Their serviceman noted a ground wire the builder did not connect and fixed the issue on the spot to prevent a possible fire. Overall excellent company.

About 2 weeks ago my AC went out and the company was nice enough to come out and inspect what was going on. The tech was unable to properly diagnose the issue due to the unit being frozen. I had to wait and allow the unit to defrost for 24hrs and was set to schedule for a tech to come back out that following Friday per my work schedule. When the tech returned he noticed that I needed to replace a UV bulb that went out and he then set for me to be scheduled again to have the buld replaced. I received the call to schedule the appointment as well as the text message the day before the appointment. The day came and no one showed up. I called the company to see if someone was on the way, I was informed that a manager was to call me back after his meeting. An hour or so went by and I called the company back due to having other obligations for the day. I spoke to what I would assume to be the Assistant manager only to be informed that the did not have item number! I became very frustrated. I expressed that I paid for there diagnostic services already once and they have been out twice now and some how I have to find the item number for them so that I can be serviced. Needless to say that the manager and I did not communicate well together. I then requested to speak to someone who can understand my frustration and help me see through this issue in a more compassionate and understanding way. I spoke to a manager that may have been more superior than the last manager but again I'm unsure of it. However, by the end of our conversation I was ensured that the services would be completed . I send him a photo with the information of the UV light, again scheduling out to have the bulb replaced. As of today I called the company because they did not call me or come to the scheduled appointment as arranged to once again check on the service that was scheduled to be done. Only to be told that they dont have a time frame to come out and they will call me when someone on the way. I then informed them that I scheduled for an 8:30am time frame I can't wait around all day. She said she understood but the managers are in a meeting the her reach out to a dispatcher. I was placed on hold and then was told I would be transferred to the dispatcher. When I got in the phone with the dispatcher I was THEN told that they cant find my UV bulb. I scheduled this 7 days ago! And was not told until today when I CALLED that they can't find my item!?! I'm not sure if it is truly because they couldn't find my item or if it was because they did not was to do business with me!After reading the other reviews makes me wish that I had the same experience as everyone else did. I'm sure it may be a good company. However, my experience was not so great!

I would give Maxwell and Sons Plumbing (and Scott) six stars if I could!

We noticed a major leak from a pipe under our bathroom last night in our crawl space. We contacted the plumber we usually use and sent a video of the leak late last night. After being advised to turn off the main water supply to our house, we were told that our plumber was booked and not sure if they could get us on their schedule today. After calling four more plumbers this morning without any luck, we got ahold of someone at Maxwell and Sons Plumbing at around 8:15am. After discussing our issue and sending the video of the leak, we were contacted by Scott, who assured us that he would be at our home by 11:00am.

Scott arrived at 10:45 and quickly and professionally recognized the issue causing the major leak. He was very honest and knowledgeable, and explained to us that the issue was an easier and less expensive fix than we anticipated. He had to leave and grab a few parts, but returned awhile later and repaired the problem. We felt so fortunate to find Maxwell and Sons Plumbing and Scott! Our water was back on LONG before any other plumbing company could even get over for an initial assessment.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and Scott! They will be the only plumbing company we ever call again!

Fowler was the only company that helped us when our water meter busted. Everyone gave us the run around. Fowler’s technican told us we had two options with two prices. They were able to fix it with the cheaper of the two options. And the response was timely.

Dillon was a very nice guy and got the drain cleaned and working in no time. He also cleaned up after himself and he was very friendly. I really liked him and will call Plumb On again when I need a plumber and I will request Dillon to come out.

Though I couldn’t get an appointment for a few days, they had a cancellation and got me in a day early, very nice customer service lady. The two men who came out were friendly , respectful and very professional. Fixed my a/c and showed me what was wrong.This is why we always call B& W for heating and plumbing issues.

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

Our water heater blew two days before Christmas and Rich was on it within an hour. We decided to upgrade to tankless, and he stayed until midnight working on it. He came back the next morning only because it had gotten too late to drill the exhaust hole in the foundation (due to noise ordinances). Very reasonable price for the amount of time they were here. Would highly recommend.

Arrived on time, was very knowledgeable! Quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to clear the drain. I would use them again. Chuck was friendly and did an amazing job!

Well I was coming home from work and saw Mister Quik in passing.... Since I'm a busy person I needed my unit replaced....I called Mister Quik because of their title....they came on my lunch break and was done with the job before my lunch break was over.....I highly recommend everyone with Air Conditioning and Heating problems to call Mister Quik....

Hired Gordon because I needed someone to snake the main line and inspect it for growing roots/cracks. All I can say is they were professional and they did a great job explaining the process as they went along. Price was good too. I even got a fairly decent discount in the end.
