I called and they came immediately and they gave me a estimate for all the damage. And Mr Sam was very very very polite and I was very comfortable with having him in my house. And he relieved me of the problems I was having with my Plumbing situation. I will recommend them to anyone again. Mr. Sam was great and I give him a five-star. Great service by Atta Boy installing new water heater today hopefully they will honor the warranty of the new water for next 6 years since the last plumbing company I hired failed to honor warranty which why I went with other company and picked Atta Boy I have my fingers crossed No more problems.

The techs were great but it did cost more than I expected - even with a coupon! My coupon said $85 Drain Cleaning Special but there were additional fees (diagnostic & service I think) that added another $100 plus to the final bill. This was not stated clearly in advance although I told the dispatcher and the technicians that I had the coupon

Once again we're relaxing after having LD Smith Plumbing complete a project for us. This time they replaced our old rusting and leaking well water pressure tank. Kevin with their firm was prompt, efficient, clean, thorough, professional, and personable. He explained what he was going to be doing, alerted us ahead of turning off our water, did the work quickly, and let us know when he was complete. He had me check his work and ensure everything was to our satisfaction. He even offered suggestions for preventive maintenance. He left the area cleaner than it was before he arrived. And our doggies liked him! Well done and thanks!

I called and scheduled service, they gave me a 2 hour window saying that someone would be out to provide me with service, and that they would call me 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving, so I said ok, and waited.After waiting over 2 hours, I called back and asked what was going on, no one could explain to me what was going on, and why haven't a serviceman came nor contacted me, and didn't offer anything in return for the miscommunication or commitment to provide me services.

Steven Thrash was wonderful, very informative, professional, punctual, knowledgeable and he knew his job. He went above and beyond to make sure my problem was solved. I was highly satisfied, I would definitely recommend him and the company!!!! Thank u!!

Bob and his crew always do a great job! Bob the plumber is the BEST, He came out and took care of a couple of jobs for us at the house today very personable, did a wonderful job checked everything thoroughly. We always call Bob whenever we have an issue and it's always taken care of in a timely and efficient manner!

Have to go with 5 stars for Steg Plumbing. I recently moved into a new house and had a lot of construction work done inside and out. Nearly 2 months of different contractors coming in and out so I needed tight scheduling, flexibility, fair pricing and quality work. This was especially true with my plumbing needs because this is an older house with a crawl space and I needed a company that was experienced in everything from finding and fixing leaks, to running gas lines, water lines, installing/fixing sinks, etc.. Every time I called Steg Plumbing I did not have to worry about anything. I enjoyed dealing with their whole staff from Dawn in the main office and a special shout out to technician Rick Cummings.

It was the more enjoyable experience. He was very forth coming and honest.
