Technician David arrived promptly and quickly remedied a water heater issue, likely caused by a vent pipe downdraft. Impeccable service as always. Highly recommend this family owned business.Update 1/30. Although I still highly recommend Service Plus I'm a bit disappointed that I was able thru Google search research to uncover a likely problem for my water heater issue that Service Plus didn't seem to know about. After Service Plus made their initial visit, the problem of the water heater pilot not staying lit occurred again. No hot water over the weekend. The search revealed that some Rheem gas water heaters manufactured in 2020 and 2021 had defective gas valves. An inline sensor to the thermocouple inside the gas valve was defective causing the pilot to not stay lit. Numerous BBB complaints were found about this issue. Rheem was reimbursing service companies to replace these defective valves. Service Plus is here again today to replace the gas valve. Shane was professional and completed repairs in a timely manner.

My mother-in-law contacted this company to fix a leaking gas line in her home. Plumber (Bryce) came out in timely manner and checked on the status of their lines. After finding 11 leaks near fittings it was recommended to replace the old gas line. At this point everything seemed good and then came the quote. This company wanted roughly $3800 to replace by their estimate; 50ft of line from the meter through a drop down ceiling with easy access to two appliances. Making the job cost a whopping $75 a foot! At this point I got involved as it was clear they were taking advantage of her given the time of year (New Years) and the cold temperature. Having worked in construction for many years, I asked Bryce why this relatively simple job was going to cost so much. After some back and forth he became defensive and hung up on me. I advised my mother-in-law to pay for the work they had done and never talk to this company again. She made an appointment with another more reputable company and they quoted her $980($20 a ft) to do the same work! Now tell me where the $2800+ difference comes in besides this company seeking to take advantage of a women in a bad situation. It's practices like this that give this industry a bad name and I would be ashamed to be associated with this company in any way. Always get second opinions on work and watch out for companies like this they prey on peoples trust.
UPDATE: Was contacted by the company manager, they apologized for what happened and stated that the above tech had been let go due to past transgressions of a similar nature. Additionally they waived the service fee she had been charged for that techs works. I appreciate the manager taking the time to try and make this right and reaching out to her. Updated rating based on these actions.

Want to simply talk to an actual plumber for 2 min before they come out? The answer is no, with a snippy attitude. So I hired one that let's you talk to them first. It worked out quite well.

My grandfather hired them to install a bar for accessibility. They charged him $453.00 which I find to be completely ridiculous. I feel like they took advantage of an elderly man. Beware!

This place was overpriced. I had an issue with roots clogging my drain line so I gave them a call. They came out and fixed it but just over a month later the problem persisted. They expected me to pay the same fee again and were not willing to work with me. I ended up calling another company to resolve the issue at a fraction of the cost.

Mark did a great job fixing my issue! He came out next day and was super nice. I will definitely be calling him next time if anything else comes up!

We had water dripping from the second floor into the first floor. We were highly concern about the problem. We needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called like 12 plumbers, and none could help us (2 plumbers told me that they could fix it in two weeks, 2 plumbers stood us up, and 8 plumbers never returned our calls). So I went on google and found Indianapolis Plumbing Services. He answered my call right away. He told me was doing a job on the other side of Indianapolis but that he would come see the problem when he was done. He came that same night around 8PM. He told me what the problem was and told me he could come fix it the next morning, which was Saturday morning. It was a priority for us to get it fixed. He finished the whole job on Saturday. He did a phenomenal job. I was very impressed with his work ethic, professionalism, and quality of work. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.
