Juan is wonderful! He explains all the issues in detail and takes his time to make sure everything is done properly. He came one time several months ago to unclog a bathtub that has been working great ever since and he just install a new garbage disposal. I was lucky to have him again since many times, we just don’t know of the same person will come. He is very friendly and easy to talk to:) highly recommend Juan!

I called 2 professional plumbers, and two professional maintenance guys with years of experience. The first plumbers were trying to get me to install a new clean out access line that wasn’t necessary. The second plumber wanted almost twice the fee for hydro jetting. I had no idea of the cost. According to Google the average cost for hydrating in the Marion county area, is $350-750. Carters price was more than the prices I saw on Google but way less than the second plumber who offered financing. I would have went with them if the 12 months zero percent interest that i was supposed to be getting with them, had actually been noted in the contract. So two highly advertised plumbers in the area have deceptive ads and skeptical practices. Thanks Carters for not trying to take advantage of an elderly person!

Could not be happier with our experience with L.D. Smith! Our kitchen sink was leaking but we couldn’t quite figure out the issue ourselves. Our technician, Joey, was prompt, knowledgeable, and so friendly. He showed us the problems and gave us all of our options - once we decided on a game plan, he returned within days to install a new garbage disposal and faucet. Everything works like new, and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this company!

Not impressed. They are very slow to work with my home warranty company. I have been without hot water 5 days now. Sure hope they get to take hot showers at their own house!

Mark's knowledge is superior and he shoots straight, no BS. Bottom line: I trust Weilhammer plumbing to do right by their customers every time. I'm fortunate to be one of them.

Had an unsatisfactory experience with Mr.Plumber on Wednesday. Decided to go w/Roto-Rooter @ midnight on Friday when my lines backed up again in my crawlspace, creating raw sewage in my basement. My service tech (Kris) was at my house in less than a 1/2 hour. He cleared my line, looked at all aspects of my plumbing, told me pertinent info...all @ midnight in the cold rain! He was pleasant, knowledgeable & professional. I will continue to use Roto-Rooter & I will definitely need them since I have a 65yo home w/a lot of trees.

Jason came out and took care of my concerns, made calls, took the time to talk to my husband which is 1000 miles away in business and referred me to a restoration company to get my home repaired.

I’m a big fan of Mr. Plumber. They do my yearly maintenance check but more importantly, when I have an issue they fix the issue promptly, with friendly service and at a good value. My technician Ryan M. Inspected my systems a few weeks ago and I’m doing so we found a cracked drain pipe at my water softener. They scheduled a quick turnaround on the repair. I also called to see if they could install a faucet while here for the pipe repair - of course they complied. The repair and the installation were perfect, the service friendly and again, their pricing fair and competitive. Ryan M was great, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Mr. Plumber has earned my business and loyalty!
