We called Hope Plumbing based on a recommendation from a neighbor. They were able to come out and address our plumbing issue just a few days after Christmas. Drew T. was able to solve our issue of a clogged line in the basement and replaced our sump pump that was about to fail (Including back up system). He answered all my questions along the way and educated me about the system he installed. I appreciated his quick, careful and neat work and for making sure I understood how everything worked before he left. We would definitely call Hope Plumbing again.

Referred to company off of Angie. Called me almost immediately to offer services. I asked how much this would cost and lady told me she could not quote my install because she did not know how long it would take. I said that’s fine, what’s the hourly rate you bill so I can estimate? (I knew this was an hour and a half job, max). She said she couldn’t give me an hourly rate because it depended on the technician. Which to me seemed odd but I said okay fine. So the person comes to the house the next day, and I told my wife to get a price before he starts. He said $670. To replace an existing garbage disposal and the other one was already removed. I said tell him absolutely not and we will find someone else. He then told her he would do it for $473 instead. Why were being price gouged in the first place is an issue with me, but this price was still insane for a disposal. I said ask him why it’s so expensive, and his response was that the work would take 3-4 hours relocating the drain pipe and then installing the disposal. So in my mind for 3-4 hours of work $473 was reasonable. Way more than I expected since I was pretty confident no plumbing needed moved, but he’s the expert. So he does the work but magically, is done in an hour and 40 minutes as I expected. Except, they still charge my wife $473. So half the amount of time quoted, but same price? So I call the company after he leaves and inquire why something that was was quoted for 3-4 hours at $473 (originally $670) was still $473 when it took half the time. The new lady says they don’t quote work by the hour they quote by the job. Which is the complete opposite thing as what the first rep (Macy) told me and what the technician said as well. So I said why was I told by two people it’s hourly and they couldn’t quote me a price because they didn’t know the length of time , if time isn’t a factor in the price. She said she would escalate and someone would call me by the end of the day. Well not to my surprise, that didn’t happen. I will be disputing this with the credit care company and they can sort it out, but I would never in a million years recommend this company to anyone. The technician was very polite and nice, did great work and was wonderful to my wife, so there’s really nothing bad to say about him. But the company is underhanded, lies about pricing, and when they provide pricing it’s 20-30% more than what they actually want to do the work, just to see if you’ll pay it.

I have used Hamm & Sons a few times. The service has always been great and the prices have been reasonable. It is very scary when you need plumbing work done. It is usually an emergency. I will continue to use Hamm & Sons.

Adam came and fixed our ac. Did a good job. Hope not to see him till furnace check in the fall.

My Home HVAC does not work and I called them to check what is the issue and fix the HVAC. The technician is really quick and get it checked after 2 hours. But basically I was told the AC is old and compressor is not working. They said it is too old and AC unit needs to be replaced. The cost is $9000 for 2.5 ton AC. We pointed out if it is possible the issue of the switch. We were told it is possible and it will cost us $1200 for that switch and it will not last long and it is not recommended. So they left the quote of $9000 for a new AC and charged $89 for the service fee. I called another technician that recommended by my friend and it cost $25 for the switch and $125 for the capacitor. Totally cost $150 and issue is resolved! I think Mister Quick is quick but is not quite helpful to diagnose the real issue. They are trying to sell more expensive service other than fixing your issue with cheaper solutions.Another thing, he left bolts and nuts without putting all of them back. Not professional!

This is the second project we have used JW's Plumbing services for, and each time we have been blown away by the smart, efficient service each one of their plumbers have provided. This time, we had Ryan install a kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and water filter, and check some issues we were having with a previous plumbing project from another company. No doubt he will be back to do some more work for us. We offer our highest recommendation!

We had been have some toilet issues for awhile. Leon was able to come and immediately fix the problem at a very reasonable cost! We will definitely be using Leon and his team from now on!

Told me I didnt have a leak and needed a new water softener, which they sold me. 2 weeks later, no hot water. Came back out and said I had a leak. Leak detection tells me that I had the leak all along and that I didnt need a new water heater.

Nick, Jerome, and Jacob replaced our tankless water heater. They were all very professional, helpful, and did quality work. I've had great experiences with Armor Air and will continue to use their services.

AC unit stopped blowing cool air overnight after A hot and humid day of storms, Williams Comfort Air was able to get me on the schedule the same day I called, were flexible on giving enough notice to get home from work and even sent a text with a photo and bio of my technician, Byron. He had it up and running within the hour and was very kind. Followed COVID protocols to the letter and explained all of the work he did. This is one of the rare times neighbors didn’t have someone they all use so I chose based on Google recommendations...I’m glad I did!

These gentlemen were very polite and honest with what needed to be done to fix my leaks. Other company wanted to tell me they couldn't do anything unless they replumbed the whole area. They did give me a quote on replumbing to use for a future time. I'm so thankful I have hot water again after two wks without.

100% recommend will never use any other plumbing business
