Matt was awesome. He replaced a water softener and was very thorough in what he was doing. Hope plumbing is very good about communicating who is coming to do the work and when they will be there. I find this very helpful when you have a very busy life and you don’t have time to wait around for someone to show up.

I originally called Pristine because they said they found and repaired slab leaks. Unfortunately, mine was such that they didn't have the capabilities to find. However, they recommended a locator service and scheduled the appointment for me. Once the area of the leak was narrowed down, Pristine was able to fix it. It probably took them longer than it should have but that is because they were granting my wishes of not busting any flooring inside the house (the leak was repaired in a storage area under a stairwell). They were respectful, professional, and answered all of my questions. I won't hesitate to use them again.

Juan and Benjamin were informative and helpful. Unfortunately they were unable to clear the sewer line even with the jet hose.
Now we wait for the camera.

Brandon showed up on time and ready to work. He replaced the toilet in a very efficient manner and was very friendly and patient answering some of my questions. And best of all, he kept the work area clean. I will definitely refer them to my friends.

It’s never the right timing for your water heater to give up. Thankfully, ours gave us a little warning before it completely checked out giving us time to research the market a little. Carter’s was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and affordable. Joe and Keith who came out for the install were not only skilled and knowledgeable about their job, but kind, personable and conscientious. They took their time to do a high quality install and work through complications that an older house brings to the situation. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived and even took opportunities to show off their cool tools and truck to our toddler who was obviously curious and envious about the work they were doing. Thank you Carter’s for a job very well done :)

LD Smith Plumbing has done a great job for me several times and I have recommended them to other managers. They found a way to get things done even when they were booked, Lance himself came out and did a job that needed immediate attention. When they are finished you can hardly tell there was an issue. Very pleased.

The plumber, Jeremy, was excellent. He communicated with me well before coming, diagnosed quickly, got permission from my home warranty company, and then fixed the clog quickly. But best of all he cleaned up after himself! Very professional service!!

Contacted Weilhammer early on a Thursday to inquire about replacing a water heater at a residence. The removal and installation was coordinated immediately and within four hours the unit was successfully installed by Dan. I couldn't have dared to hope to have had the work performed this quickly, much less this professionally. This is a great local business!

Acme Plumbing has been a working part of my family for over 50 yrs. Up until 2014, we always got the BEST customer service. I recently called for service March 8, 2016. I asked to speak to a service tech in regards to some questions I had. Morgan informed me they were in a meeting and would return my call. I called another time only to get the same response from Morgan. When I called a third time at 4:00pm, the phones were already turned over to the answering service which could not help me. I called again March 9, 2016 at noon and requested to speak with a service tech. Morgan informed me they were in a meeting. I explained to Morgan my dilemma and how I had not received any return calls and I was trying to get service. She took my name and number. I received a call back from Scott Lee who informed me they no longer wanted my business. After using ONLY ACME for over 50 yrs and to have ALWAYS had the Utmost Customer Service and PROMPT return calls and service, I find it quite heartbreaking that a LOYAL customer would no longer be wanted by ACME. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use ACME PLUMBING again as customer loyalty is not a part of business they are interested in. You have lost SEVERAL customers due to this circumstance. Almost ALL my family use, or has worked for ACME and to be treated with such disregard is just not something I want from a service company that, up until now, was my #1. Hamm & Sons was the only company I found that quoted an exact price over the phone to replace a water heater. I called other companies to get even a ‘ballpark’ figure and none were willing to give me one, although one finally gave me a price with no guarantee. Another insisted someone had to come to my house to give me an estimate. Both prices were more than $600 over Hamm & Sons’ price. I was so worried by the extraordinary price difference that I called H&S back several times to confirm. The price charged after the installation was the exact price given over the phone. I also expected a less than qualified installer to show up due to the low price. My worry was proven wrong. Keaton (I hope I got his name right), a professional in every way, arrived alone, said it would take about 2 hours to install, but I’m pretty sure the entire install didn’t take longer than an hour from the moment he arrived until I handed him a check!
Time will tell about the quality of the water heater, but I was so impressed with the entire installation experience that I’m telling everyone I know.

Update: Unfortunately, they don’t unclog drains.

Corey was great! Super helpful to explain the whole process and make sure that I understood what needed to happen. While here he went ahead and fixed something else that will help our plumbing work better that wasn’t on the original work order. But we’re super appreciative of his Above and beyond service!

They have lied about water issues repeatedly. We have had standing water in our apartment for a day and a half because they don’t know how to snake a drain properly. They lied and told the apartments they were done and fixed the issue when they didn’t so our apartment flooded again for a 2nd time.

Chuck did an excellent job! He was on time, explained the process and options and just an overall nice guy. We can flush the toilet again!

Dan replaced a part and ran tests. He did so quickly and thoroughly.

Jason Thompson was a terrific help and provided great customer service. I’m glad he was the service man that came to our home today to replace our well pump. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
