Having a slab leak is one of the most stressful situations I have been in. From trying to pinpoint where the leak is, to trying to get it fixed, and worrying about what damage it may have caused. But Carter's was super helpful all the way around. Every person I spoke with from the ladies in the office, to the techs who came out, and including the site supervisor all were professional, and kind. They even did a great job with cleaning up everything after they were done. You can barely tell they bore an entire new water line for me. Hopefully next time I call them it will be for maintenance or a system upgrade, but believe me all my plumbing needs will be directed to the family at Carter's My plumber. Thanks guys and gals!

Solomon was on time and did an amazing job. He was the ONLY company willing to give me a price WITHOUT wanting to charge me a fee to come out. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He wore a mask, removed his shoes and was respectful to our home. We will be using him again without a doubt. I would give him 10 stars if I could. You're crazy if you trust anyone else with your plumbing needs.

Casey O’Brien, owner, is an extraordinary plumber. He was willing to rebuild 60 year old bathroom fixtures that I was told by another plumber had to be replaced. I was endeavoring to keep the original fixtures in this house and he enabled me to accomplish that. Other trades working on this house (electrician, countertop designer and maker, cabinet maker, HVAC have admired his work or watched him at work and have asked for his contact number and intend to use Moon Family Plumbing going forward. Casey handled the common plumbing requests with ease and efficiency. And I had a lot of requests.

Sometimes it's hard to find good reliable help that's also professional. Usually, that's the trade-off, but Tyler Kirkham was on time, professional, and knowledgeable! I had to turn another company away for not knowing how to do anything and not speaking before trying to gain entry to my home. Tyler Crushed it, and I became a member of their annual service plan! That's how you network and gain lifelong customers. I recommend this company to anyone, and I’ll triple recommend Tyler. New to the Indianapolis area, and it's a great sign when you can find a solid tradesperson.
