He gave me an estimate upfront that they did not deviate from and showed me the progress of their work throughout the process each day. They cleaned up after work each day. Cannot recommend this team enough - great job - very satisfied!

Not helpful. Asked to insert replacement cartridge in faucet. Made minimal attempt to effect repair w/o success. Suggested I replace faucet with the brand they use. They ONLY use Delta. Charged $49 for their failure. Suggested they could fix it for $ 400+ Would not recommend unless you want to pay for replacement with inferior product. Disappointed.

Paid for a drain snake and they didn’t unclog the line. Not a big deal, but they said I still owe despite them not being able to do anything. Recommend looking somewhere else!

Terrible experience. Total rip off. They were at the house for 1 hour, no new parts were installed, and to clean the pipes and unplug the drain it was 430 dollars. Terrible.When I called to talk to management to see what justifies that price I ended up at a national call center, not the Indianapolis location, and got the complete run around.Absolute nightmare experience - total scam artists. My wife called today to complain and was told it is not their problem, and no effort to justify their terrible pricing policy. Neurosurgeons make less an hour saving lives than Roto Rooter charges to unplug a pipe. I could literally have had a colonoscopy for less money.

Great family owned company in Indianapolis that does sump pump repair and replacement. I also heard the do tankless hot water heater installation. They also service Greenwood, which is a great thing if you’re looking for a quality plumber in Greenwood. Check them out. John, the owner, is a great guy.

After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.

Casey was efficient, friendly, and flexible. He rebuilt/repaired leaking faucet in a jiffy for a very reasonable price. He also clearly explained my options and didn't try to pressure me into the more expensive longer term solution (of replacing the whole sink/the valves underneath that have issues too) since I couldn't afford at the moment and that was a relief. He even came back out to look at a side effect of the repair for me (a clogged aerator due to debris in my line from turning off and on my water to the house) for free. A gem among plumbers. 10/10 would call again.
