My sump pump went out on NYE (a great day for that to happen)! Grateful Plumbers was one of the suggested plumbers for Thumbtack. Adam answered the phone on New Year's Day and I was able to get scheduled in for the very next day. He was a couple of hours late, but had called me to let me know. The quote was pretty high (around $563), considering that I went to Menard's and was able to buy a sump pump for $150. I knew this ahead of time, but there was a $49 call fee for him to come out to the house, which would have been deducted from my total bill had he replaced the pump.

Good expertise in scoping the drainage pipes all the way to the main sewer. Quick and clean snake cleaning of the blockage. Very nice job of installing clean out in front yard despite many roots from large tree nearby. Good quality work, efficient, good clean up, nice guys.

My home was without heat for 6days and Five nights! Dealing with a home warranty 12/28/2021 to 01/04/2022 company who (said someone would call 24hrs NOTHING HAPPENED)warranty company didn't give a hoot about me and my family beening without heat in our home(yes I cancelled that warranty company real quick)! The plumbers arrived on time, were friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and installed a new garbage disposal that works perfectly. The price was reasonably and the service was excellent.

My wife and I just bought our home in September and with any old hone there are going to be issues, and plumbing is no different. I called at 10:30 am and asked if someone could be here before 10:00 a.m. tomorrow and they said that someone could be here within the hour. I forget the technician's name but he arrive promptly and was very polite and did well with my 3 year old son. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again for my next repair (which I hope never happens). Casey was right on time, found the problem with our kitchen sink drain. Replaced parts to stop the leak and cleaned up and reused any parts that were still in good condition. We were surprised that his service costs were less than we had anticipated .

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.
