Best Plumbing Inspections in Indianapolis IN

I called yesterday for an urgent issue with my outside spigot. They said someone would be out the next day between 8 and noon. Leon was here by around 9 AM and got to work. He had the entire job done and cleaned up in about 3 hours. He did excellent work, and it is warranted for a year. I will definitely be calling Hope (and asking for Leon) again for my future needs. Excellent work.

Would not recommend. Chose them because the fee to come out was only $45 but not only was there price to repair more expensive than every other company I called, they don’t subtract the service fee from the cost of actual repair. So the cost for replacing an o-ring on a washing machine water supply valve would have been over $230.

I definitely recommend Mr. Rooter! Everyone was so polite and helpful in finding a solution to my plumbing issues. The job was not necessarily an easy one but Mr. Rooter and Mike got it done. Mike was awesome! He was very kind, knowledgeable and professional! He explained everything to me and ensured the job got done in a timely manner. I was grateful for Plumb Doctor's quick response to my Sunday evening request for assistance, auguring a clogged toilet. Chris Smith, the plumber, was very personable, and he resolved the problem efficiently. Chris also explained to me clearly the cause of the problem, fixed another toilet problem that I mentioned to him, and he answered patiently and well questions that I asked him, all of which I appreciated.

Came out in just 2 hours and diagnosed my issues quickly.

Came out fixed the toilet and tub. I called that morning he was there by lunch time. Gave me advice that was very helpful. Great plumber thanks Bob.

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.

Unorganized

Our new nest was replaced by a Honeywell thermostat when my tenants called the technician to check on the hot air flow. Nest was 3 months old in the house and mostly had a wiring issue which could have been fixed in other ways is what I felt. The attached image was the error on the nest and the next thing I know is I am being charged $407 for the new thermostat installation saying the nest is not working!! Since it was during the winters I did not want my tenants suffer and I was also not present at the location, paid the bill. Technician was Lance Estes I think and not happy with the service.

Update: now the same issue is happening in the house where cold air is not blown. Waiting on armor air’s diagnosis after the visit. The technician this time told that it’s not the thermostat issue(armor air’s installed thermostat)
