We unexpectedly had to replace our water heater. These folks showed up right away, quickly diagnosed the problem, provided options for replacement and was able to install the following day. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. We’ve used Hope Plumbing multiple times now and have not been disappointed. We also like that they know older homes really well, given our home is 40+ years old. Great company and great service.

Weilhammer Plumbing installed a 75 gallon vent water heater. Installation went smooth and in a timely manner. Removed the old water heater and did a very professional job. I would highly recommend Weilhammer Plumbing!

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

Doug is absolutely the best. Super knowledgeable and the only plumber I trust to work on my personal home. Being in the building industry myself, this speaks numbers as I can tell which subs know their stuff and are pleasant to work with. Doug is both of these and so much more. He gets the job done in less time than expected, is more than fair with pricing, and most importantly know what he is doing so I don't have follow up issues. Kenny and Tyree were very friendly and professional. They efficiently figured out my problem with my AC running nonstop. There was a wire issue and they were able to fix it easily. I highly recommend them. I will definitely call Godby again for heating and plumbing issues.

If I could give negative stars I would! Stay AWAY from this business!We paid $20,000 for new HVAC and a mini split. First of all - appointments are not EVER kept! Technicians showed up at 3 p.m. when we had a 8 a.m. appointment. They stayed at my home until 9 p.m., work was not complete. It took a full week to get HVAC and mini split installed. Let me tell you...it did not take a week for them to get their money, they requested it from the bank before the work was complete.Technicians left a hole in our garage wall, quality control come out and fixed it. A month later we started to see water on our bedroom floor (upstairs) and down our kitchen wall (downstairs). The technicians did not install the drain plug correctly on our mini split. The water damage this created has left us with needing new floors, walls, outside wall, insulation, and paint on 2 floors of our home.Service Plus - mini split has had 3 technicians - still is not fixed - we have waited 2+ weeks to get someone to come make the correction - again we had a first appointment - text, no technician coming today, this is for an appointment made 10 days ago! Managers are supposed to call back, we never receive a call. We have tried to be kind and patient...our patience is running very short. We have not gotten any apology, no offer of some type of refund for $20,000 that is literally running down my walls. Here is a thought...the owner of this business should show up - see what customers have to deal with, and let us know our hard earned money spent was not a scam. Oh and when we get the copied response like all the other 1 stars...I am here to tell you, if you call that number, you will go on a return call list that never gets touched.
