Best New Install in Indianapolis IN

I was very pleased with my experience with Hope Plumbing and more specifically, their technician Kurt Maynard. He had quite a challenging job of redirecting my kitchen sink drainage in my 60-year-old home, but finished it in a very reasonable amount of time while taking time to explain things and show me what he was doing along the way. Pricing seemed reasonable for the job and everything was completed with a high level of professionalism. I will definitely continue to use Hope Plumbing.

So thankful for the quick and honest response from the people at ACME while dealing with a real estate transaction/inspection. We were panicked and Ron was able to calm our fears and complete the necessary service in a timely fashion.

Was told would be $90.00 to come out to check for a water leak and check a tub faucet. Agent sd he ws charged by hr but bec. I said on phn also psbly have leaking faucets he had to no charge me $130 so was more than quoted. Plummer also scratched his balls constantly and told me I would have to call someone else bec. he couldn't find the leak. Also, told me would write an estimate for the tub faucet although it seemed fine yet never wrote the estimate. Agent did fix a seal in toilet found that was cause of water leak (he told me how to fix it) then sd he would replace seal for free and not charge me...then charged me $6.00 plus labor on that also. Agent sd don't be mad at me I know I told yo 90.00. WILL NOT USE THIS company again for many reasons and was referred by someone who had good exp.

Steg replied very quickly to a burst pipe in my basement. I am very thankful that Russ had a low cost solution to fixing the pipe and making sure it did not happen in the future.

Jon from summers came out to look at our leaking water heater. He was on time, professional, and very informative. I appreciate what he did for us and will call summer's in the future for any work I need done.

Kenny did a thorough job of repairing our system. Left the areas he worked in clean. Discussed the repairs with possible future things to watch out for after he was done.

After cleaning up a small flood in the only bathroom, I was eager to find someone who could help with a clogged toilet. I was pleasantly surprised to find Moon Family. They fitted me into their already tight schedule. Casey and his tech (didn't get her name) were professional and courteous. Willing to show up and do a complimentary estimate even if their price wasn't in my budget. Guaranteed work was a nice bonus. Very pleased to support a family-owned business.

I recently moved into a house that had multiple long standing plumbing issues. I contacted Plumb On and Corey arrived on time. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional! Very prompt and professional

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the sink wouldn't hold water. Big Frog came out bright and early. They found the source of the leak, fixed it, put in a new basket strainer and a new disposal. My cast iron sink needed an overhaul and BigFrog did it.

You guys didn't do any work for me but I was at Meijer parked in the spot because I have a trailer on my truck and a guy in a service truck decided hes gonna park 3 in front of my truck where I couldn't hardly get out And he didn't even bother to move so I just wanted to let you know that guy that was there at Meijer is a real rude dude thank you.

Frank Chaney replaced my gas thermostat on my waterheater. Did a great job. Very nice , pleasant and polite. Also was very reasonabily price on the labor side. I received the replacement part from the manufacturer Rheem, so it was free. Will Definitely be using these guys again. I recommend this company.

Great guy

The company was very responsive and fixed the problem. However, no estimate or even explanation of the problem was provided prior to the work being performed. The result was getting slapped with a $230 bill for something that was covered under warranty. When I called to office to discuss, a manager agreed this was not how they do business and would work with me. Never heard back from them after that.
