Best Outdoor Plumbing System Repair in Houston TX

The techs and Quality Control personnel I loved. BUT BEWARE, when you request service the first person you meet is a salesman trying to push a water filtration system instead of focusing on the plumbing issue you called about. He also suggested a new water heater because ours was going out. It was not. I had someone I trusted look at it afterward. I would have been ok discussing a filtration system if they had discussed my plumbing issues first and then asked if we were interested in discussing the water filtration. We did purchase a system, but after some research we realized we paid way over the average cost. I have terminal cancer so it is beneficial, but very costly. They addessed the filtration system first and I had to call and request speaking with management in order to have someone address my plumbing issues. In the end my issues are being resolved and like I said techs and quality control were great. Dispatch or customer service is horrible and uninformed. It is very chaotic.

Absurd. First guy that came out didn’t know how to fix shower faucet. He tells me he will arrange for someone else to come out that does. He didn’t. When I called to setup new appt, they tell me 10-12…it’s now 1:20 and they tell me he won’t be there until after he eats lunch now?! WTH?! Terrible customer service…going elsewhere.

We loved having GEI Plumbing Services come to our home. The plumber Jacob was very knowledgeable and excellent. I really appreciated him pointing out the reason for my problems and what I should have done to prevent them. He did a bunch of repairs for us and one of the repairs was even completed for us at no charge. It cost a bit more than some other plumbers, but given the quality of the service, it is well worth it and I would use them again. If you want quality work done right the first time, I highly recommend GEI Plumbing Services.

If you were expecting them to reschedule you 2-3 times over 2 days with no explanation because they don’t care then You should absolutely use these guys. Not calling back is rude. I’m going to mr rooter now Because they know how to answer a phone and respect my time.

Called on a Saturday evening and had someone out the next day! No charge for estimate or for coming out on a Sunday. Perez was very professional, and walked us through not only our leak problems ( toilet, shower), but showed us that our 16 yr old water heater was in need of replacement in the near future. No pressure at all to buy one, and he said he could have one installed that same day. Perez brought my husband into the attic to look at the water heater, and took pictures for me (to hot for me to go up), we went ahead with the install of that too. Would highly recommend, and will call them for future plumbing needs. Ask for Perez to come out and diagnose your plumbing needs!

Hector is the best! He has done several jobs for me from repairing pipes and gas lines to installing faucets and repairing water heaters. I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.
