OVERPRICED . This place costs so much that I actually felt insulted by the price. I’m not being cheap either . They want 500 dollars to install a part in a toilet that a child could install. I just called my handyman in the end. They also charged me just for the pleasure of being insulted by their price. Shop around some before you get taken to the bank by these people.

They were extremely professional and were upfront and honest with everything (i.e. cost, what they will be doing, and timing). They even arrived ahead of schedule! We called them and they arrived the next day and the leak was fixed that day. They even cleaned up afterwards. If I could give more stars, I would.

John Rodriguez and his teammate did a great job. Not only did they show up early, they were incredibly friendly and educational. My waterheater decided to die and after several failed attempts of relighting it, I called the professionals. Of course, John relit it in less than 5 minutes....sigh..... He also let me know of a roofing issued he noticed, which I really appreciated, as I am never in the million degree attic with no lights on. Thanks John!

His crew installed an outside clean out. Then after talking to Loren, he spent quality time testing and searching for a leak that the water company says we must be having. He is very professional in his work and how he explains the process that he uses.

Highly Recommended ... I had a plumbing emergency, so in the process called three plumbers. Bluefrog was the first to respond and commit to the project. The plumber was dispatched timely, and I got notifications as to the name and time of his arrival (both email and phone call). He stayed and completed the job in the same day (extending well into the evening). I was very pleased with the process, his professionalism, and his correspondence. I will say their prices were higher than expected, but I think the customer service and professionalism compensated for the higher charges. I would use them again, although I hope it is not related to another plumbing emergency.

We had an issue with our drainage and garbage disposal. I booked online on a Friday night and Roto - Rooter was there by 2 the next day! Johnathan and his trainee were great guys, super quick, and were able to give me a very reasonable price. They were in and out within 30 mins.

Had a clogged A/C condensate line that was backing up at my in-laws. Call these guys up and they came out the next morning and had it cleared in under an hour. This is the second time that I've used them and they are respectable and their prices are reasonable.

I found them on Angie's List. I need to get the plumbing on my entire home redone and they have a special. They were scheduled to visit my home on Friday, 11/10/17 between 9-12pm. They said they would call 30 minutes before they were on their way. They called me at 12:58pm. Needless to say, I had to reschedule. They were supposed to come again today, 11/15/17 between 12-4pm. It is 4:02pm now and I have not heard from them. I would not recommend this company.Thank you for your response Mike, however it is all about communication. A simple call would have corrected the issue on 11/10/2017. On 11/15/2017, I never received a call from your company. If you tried to call and received no response, why didn’t your company leave a message. I didn’t receive a message because your company has not called. Instead of taking responsibility, you’d rather blame the customer. Again, I would not recommend your company. Your company is not reliable and apparently not trustworthy.

Absolutely abhorrent company to work with.My AC went out and I need an honest and quick company. Abacus was quick however they are absolutely dishonest. I know my system is a little old and needs replacement however instead of fixing the simple capacitor that my compressor needed to get me up and running they decided to lie to me by telling me my compressor is bad and I would have to replace my system right now. The gentleman that came was adamant about me signing the contract right then and there. However because I had not had anyone else look at the system I decided to wait and get a second opinion. A small company came by and replaced my capacitor and got my ac to work and advised me to replace the system and gave me a quote which was $5000 cheaper than abacus. If this company comes to your house and gives you a quote on anything; you better believe they are lying to you and are charging more than anyone else. Get someone else to look at your system.

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. WOW, these guys really came through for us! Brandon rocks and his prices are fair. Santiago Plumbing is my go to company for everything having to do with plumbing now.
