The second time was to check on the air conditioner drain pipe. Both times they sent me a text letting me know who was coming and their picture. After a more local business no-showed on us, I messaged them to request service because their reviews were so good. They were prompt in responding to my request, gave me a service time window that they communicated with me within, and bypassed a problem that I regularly had with my water heater. Excellent response and same day install at fair price

Jose did a great job. I woke up this am to a ceiling leaking. I called at 7 am and Jose was here before 9am. Did a great job and cleaned up after the work was done. This is not the first time we have used tcp and it won't be the last.

Blake and Roto Rooter were a life saver. We had what amounted to concrete from years of pool backwash lodged in the sewer line and we were having a party and without the block being removed we would have had to cancel. Blake was professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed the during the whole process. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future. We have an older home and there are always plumbing surprises cropping up.

I used this company to fix a leak at my business, since 06/22/2022 until today 10/03/2022 it’s not been fixed , they charge me to fix the leak, I called the front desk lady they promised to call back they never did call or follow up about my complaints

I found the company on HomeAdvisor. The company responded fast. The representative was very nice and customer service oriented. I received a free in home eatimate the next day! That impressed me because its hard to get service that fast. The plumber that came is Thomas. Thomas called and came within the time frame given. He was so nice. He gave me all the information and let me know the steps he was going to take to complete the job. He cleaned up after himself. He wore a mask. THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE! I ADDED A ADDITIONAL JOB WHILE HE WAS HERE. Im very impressed. Im definitely using this company for all my future plumbing needs.

Paid for invoice to have work started and then I was ghosted. I’ve called several times to get work started and this never happened. Y’all can’t say y’all do it right the first time is you never get the work started. Way to go keeping people waiting with busted pipes UDATED* the replying to comment from owner the estimate was just sent today at 2:42pm June 6.. 2 weeks later. If y’all made a mistake own up to it with common courtesy (meaning how fast can the job be done?) If I’m on a waitlist just forget about it. Thanks

Great service and competitive pricing

Called on Sunday for repair to leaking bath/shower valve. Not leaking, water just running out. They had a plumber there three hours later and fixed it. No trip charge, reasonable fee, I think. About the trip charge-nothing makes me drop a company faster than a trip fee they don't waive if you accept the bid.

I highly recommend Leonard Papa and his team. He created beatuiful custom builtin cabinets at a very reasonable price. After working with us to design the project and agreeing on the quote, he and his team got started immediately. Although the project took a few days longer than planned, we were totally satisfied. The workmanship was exceptional and when the final bill came, there were no surprises. We will use his for all projects from here on out, and have recommended him to several friends.
