He was polite and explained in detail what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future. Price was reasonable given the level of service and promptness.

We needed a toilet replaced at our house and my wife suggested TQP as she had them out to do a water heater repair at our manufacturing facility. I called and the girl on the phone was very nice and she set an appointment for the next afternoon. They showed up on time (although i was taking a nap and they almost left) and completed the install in a timely maner. The techs were very professional and accommodating. Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. This was our first time using this company. We had a leak but not certain where the water was coming from. It ended up coming from the master bathroom toilet. Jonathon Carley was our technician and was excellent w/ our issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took pics of the problems before and after he did the replacement and repairs.

I originally called because the line connecting to my HVAC condensation drain was clogged. Houston Plumbing Services came out the same day, got it unclogged, flushed my water heater, and replaced a broken master valve. The job took longer than expected due to the necessary extra work, but the guys stayed until the work was complete. Quality work at a fair price. Thanks!
