Best Water Filtration System in Houston TX

No complaints on HVAC service today. Only complaint was the plumber I had scheduled a week in advance was a no show and had to reschedule at end of day because they either over booked plumber or whatever the reason. Now I have to waste another day for rescheduled maintenance.

We had a pipe burst at midnight on Tuesday during our winter storm. Miraculously, Nick's Plumbing was able to send something out the next day. They reviewed the situation, gave us an estimate, and repaired the broken pipe. They were very professional and even showed us the broken pipe and explained things to us. I highly recommend them. The specific person that we dealt with was named Eric, and he was excellent to work with. We would definitely use them again.

Though I did not use the company, we went w our family plumber, they were very attentive. The serviceman, Duane, was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way I understood. I will keep them in my contacts to call for my next plumbing nedds.

I called and asked about hooking up my gas generator to bbq out let nat gas line. The guy answered my question was helpful. I called 5 min later with one more question and he responded with “can you call tomorrow it’s Sunday and I have better things to do.” Wow!!! That’s a first for me. I would recommend not picking up the phone next time if you have better things to do. Terrible!

They came quickly, were friendly, gave us a quote before servicing and were finished within ten minutes. Since their quote for $225, I was shocked at how quickly they were finished.

I HAD JEREMY FROM KATY PLUMBING COME OVER AND LOOK AT THE PREVIOUS COMPANY HAD INSTALLED, ONE SO CALLED HARD WATER FILTER. JEREMY COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CARELESS THEY INSTALLED THEIR SYSTEM AND NEITHER COULD I. IT WASN'T UP TO CODE, IT WAS ALL EXPOSED, THE CONNECTIONS TO AND FROM THE FILTER WERE LEAKING, IT WAS A MESS. SO JEREMY SPENT SOME TIME TELLING ME THE SYSTEMS THEY SELL, AND HOW THEY'RE INSTALLED. HE EVEN HAD PHOTOS OF THE JOBS HE'D DONE, HE EXPLAINED THAT THEY FOLLOW ELECTRICAL CODE, AS WELL AS OTHERS. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE PIPE SHOULD BE BURIED, AND AFTER JEREMY AND HIS ASSISTANT ROBERT HAD INSTALLED THE WATER FILTER AND WATER SOFTENER FILTER, IT LOOKED VERY PROMISING! JEREMY IS A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER, I WAS A JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN. WE BOTH WENT TO TRADE SCHOOL, AND IT REALLY SHOWED IN HIS WORK! I'LL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBING SERVICE, KATY PLUMBING DOES THE JOB RIGHT, ON TIME, AND THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR DO MORE PROJECTS WHILE THEY'RE THERE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, THEY'RE NOT CHEAP, BUT YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR FROM KATY PLUMBING, GREAT SERVICE, AND THAT'S TRULY HARD TO FIND NOW DAYS!

I was interested in a residential water filtration system, and after a bit of research on the internet I called Abacus. I set up an appointment with Eric Bradicich to test my water and outline my options. I was most impressed with the amount of time he took to explain the test results and outline my options. He gave me a week to consider, and then spent even more time answering more questions. Abacus offers a lifetime warranty on their systems and I feel confident that they will stand behind their warranty and service. Good experience, excellent choice. George and Daniel provided superb service yesterday. They were able to fix the leak issue by completing the repipe job rapidly and affordably. I would definitely recommend them to other real estate investors in the Houston area.

I had to replace cartridge in my Moen faucet (bathroom)
Plumber solved my problem quickly but created another more complicated problem like water hummer. If you would like to fix your plumbing issues without bad consequences try another company.

Great company! I needed a new toilet installed and the old one hauled away. I called at 12:30pm and the job was completed by 6pm same day. Nayar and ZIU were very professional and did a great job! I would definitely recommend and will be calling them if I need any other plumbing services in the future!

Blake was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He found my leak quickly, and didn't try to find ways to charge more than necessary the way some plumbers do. Definitely recommend.
