Arrived on time. Made the necessary repair and charged a fair price.

I was happy with Josh but that's where it ended.I spent over $1000 to repair broken pipe but when I asked if the repairman would replace the valve to the home main shut off which was part of the line repaired, he refused saying that wasn't part of the contract. So I spent about $500 an hour and they are so profit oriented that they wouldn't replace a cheap valve to satisfy a customer. They have seen the last of my business.Now as a layman I am on my own to replace something that would have been easy and cheap for them.

Jose and Blake came out to repair our water heater. They had very good communication throughout. They were punctual and got the job done in a timely manner. Would recommend and use again.

Ben with Texas Premier Plumbing was punctual and quick to respond to my call. He saw that I was handy so he worked with me to diagnose the problem. With his help I realized it was a simple fix (a drain clog) and so decided to fix it myself. Ben didn't have a problem with that, charging me just for the service call. Very satisfied, and I'll call these guys again if I need a plumber.

We’ve used Redfin twice for plumbing issues at our home and they have been wonderful to work with each time. After the recent winter storm they were honest, upfront, and communicated well to get our issues fixed. The staff is awesome and the work is top notch. Hung up in my face

I have had air flow issues in my townhouse for and had been told by other company that I needed to install electronic dampers and zoning plus new ducts. I wanted to get another opinion and so I called Mission after a recommendation. Ryan came and took a look and gave me a very professional and honest opinion of what I should. Long story short I saved myself a ton of money and gained a better understanding of what the issues were. I would give them 6 stars if I could! Thanks guys!

Manuel and Hunter were out to see me today for the hot water in my shower not staying hot for too long. Right off the bat they were extremely courteous and pleasant. I let them know what the issue was and they went to work. After testing the shower for about 15-20 minutes the hot water was running just fine. One of those fluke things to where something was wrong for months and then all of a sudden it's miraculously fixed on its own. The great thing about Plumb away Plumbing is that they are extremely honest. The guys let me know that they didn't have to change the cartridge like they like they thought and said that all was good. They checked in with Robert the owner and he said no charge for the day since they didn't have to fix anything were in the area anyway. Another service would have at least charged me for going out to look at the shower or just charged me for a lot of things that didn't need to be done. I cannot say enough great things about the trustworthy, reliable and honest servicemen at Plumb away Plumbing. They have a customer for life on my end. I will continue to recommend them to family and friends so they can also experience the wonderful customer service and peace of mind that this Plumbing Service offers.
