Best Water Inspections in Houston TX

Jeremiah was awesome to work with. We had a gas leak and he was so prompt and helpful in getting the leak fixed and the gas turned back on.

William was fine. He replaced the two faucets for the hot and cold water connections to the washing machine. He had to exert intense pressure to break some of the connections loose. Did it well and carefully. He also was able to adjust the drain in guest bathroom that has been a challenge since installation. So i rate work work quality high and William's cooperation high as well.The two stars is strictly due to the price that we felt was exorbitant. Nearly $350 was above and beyond what we felt reasonable, but we needed the work done. I doubt if we will use Nick's again based on this experience. So sorry.

Professional and fast. CJ came within an hour after the call. Diagnosed the issue. Found the part, picked it up and installed the system in less than 2 hours! Clean, respectful and explained what was being done and why.

His crew installed an outside clean out. Then after talking to Loren, he spent quality time testing and searching for a leak that the water company says we must be having. He is very professional in his work and how he explains the process that he uses.

4 visits, holes in 2 walls, and $895 to cap a leaking recirculating line (that we ultimately had to find for them). Late twice and no-showed once. I shudder to think what it would have cost to complete the bubble testing they wanted to do…on a line that would be re-routed anyways…. ?.

Fernando and his partner arrived at home to repair my water heater. Due to the heat he said, the pilot light in the water heater was going out. He fixed it. This is not the first time I've used this company and will continue to use them for my plumbing and electrical. I appreciated the fact that they respected my home. They dress in uniform, work as a team and get the job done. Great company and highly recommended!

They came out within 24 hours to diagnose and fix a drainage issue. Rob was great - showed me what he was doing and explained the process. He also put up with my nosey hound dog wondering what he was working on under the sink. Problem was fixed in half an hour.

I was contacted by this company through a home warranty. The scheduled an appointment first, then they change but they never showed up at initial appointment, not recomended ahh and they told me no appointments on weekends (smh)
