Best Water Heating Systems in Houston TX

Our 11 year old water heater stopped working. Nick's came out, diagnosed the problem, offered to get it working to see if it would continue working. We decided instead to replace it, which they did, all on a Saturday. Where else does that happen?? Great job, Nick's. Very appreciated.

Jimmy Ortutay with Mission AC and Plumbing is my go-to plumber. We have had several problems through the years and Jimmy has always been exceptionally helpful. He explains very clearly what caused the problem and what he has to do. He is patient and friendly in answering all questions and if there are options available, he will tell you. I highly recommend Jimmy for all your plumbing needs.

Alex arrived on time and he was very courteous, honest, and professional. He explained all the options of how to repair our AC. He made a point to show me on the AC unit everything that was broken. He also took pictures and included them in the invoice. He knew exactly what he was doing and fixed our AC efficiently. I would definitely recommend Turbo Home Services and Alex in particular.

Great company and staff! I requested service for my water heater and upon inspection/evaluation from the technician, it was determined a new water heater was needed. One Call was able to get us a new water heater installed that same day! We are so grateful and appreciative of Rob who installed the new water heater, and everyone who assisted in a job well done! Karen, the manager was completely dismissive and unprofessional.I had an appointment scheduled today, and when I called the main line to check the status of the appointment/ETA, was told that I no longer had the appointment. I then asked to be transferred to a manager (Karen) and she informed me that a technician attempted to reach out at 7 something this morning, but could not reach me. I did not have any missed calls, nor was there a voice message left of the attempt. Not a text message either asking if I would like to still keep my appointment. I am left waiting the entire rest of the day to go through the same experience? I prefer not to.Additionally, Karen references canceled appointments in 2018 and 2019. I asked what that has to do what TODAY’S experience.This was rude, and unprofessional. I will NOT be calling Pickett plumbing in the future.

I made an appointment to repair pipes due to the terrible freeze. They made the appointment and was on time. The service representative Chris was very nice and he explained everything and took pictures so I could see the damage. They were very efficient. I plan to use them again to service my AC.

Horrible company, they don't appreciate their employees and they hire people who don't know what they are doing in order to save on payroll. The few people that do work hard they take advantage and then throw them aside when they are thru with them. This is a trash company, they have no integrity and i would not trust their work. Do not hire this company if you want the job done right!!! The new management team is pure trash and don't know how to manage this company efficiently. Find service somewhere else

I'm not sure how I feel about this company yet. They did come out to give me an estimate. Most all of the work had been done I just need ed the water tide from my toilet to my sink and the connections checked for the rest of it and the pipe materials were already here. The estimate seemed a little high and I asked for a more detailed estimate other than the amount but have never heard back from them.

My domestic 10 years historical water heater stopped working and so I referred to as this company for their service. They were speedy to get there carried out the analysis and determined out that the heating unit had burned out and wished replacement. The technician set up a new one and hot water restored.

They got the job done in tidy and timely manner. The servicemen were very professional and knew what they were doing. Will definitely use them again!

These guys were all so friendly and great! Jay was very communicative and here at the beginning of my time window. He had me up and running in under 10 minutes. I would recommend these guys to anyone!
