I’ll preface this by saying, I was not actually able to get work completed by this company despite multiple attempts. Their workmanship may be excellent- I cannot rate them on that. My review is based on my experience trying to get a technician to my house and communicating with the company. I welcome a response if I have misrepresented anything.I contacted Turbo because I needed both a plumber and an electrician to install a new garbage disposal (current one is hard wired, new one requires an outlet). When I called I confirmed that they could do both at the same time. I then paid an up-front $89 service fee just to schedule (red flag, I know). Scheduled for the following Thursday (Jan 26) arrival between 10am and 1pm. They then asked for pictures of the work which I was happy to send and even agreed to have a technician call me to give me a rough verbal estimate. All fine. I stayed home from work on Thursday and when I had no calls and no one at my house after 1pm I called the office. They were apologetic, running behind, etc. In the process of rescheduling, they became concerned about the job and the garbage disposal I had to install - apparently they did not review the job description or the photos I sent. I appreciate the due diligence, but we were talking about this after I expected the job to be completed. They then asked me to text pictures and further information about the job which I did immediately to radio silence.I waited until the following Monday (Jan 30) and followed up - I actually was interested in simplifying the job, doing what they suggested, etc. I asked to give me a call. At 9am “Yes, I’m in a meeting, will call you after.” It’s 8:30pm and I haven’t heard anything. I called at 5pm to request my service fee be refunded which I understand takes a few days to process.In the back of my mind a tiny piece of me wonders if this is a scam? But it seems so elaborate for just $89. The no call/no show, promising to communicate and not, up front payment, etc. just feels fishy.Again, I welcome the company’s response if I have misrepresented what happened. I, unfortunately, cannot provide a review on their work. This was a frustrating process for me as I work full-time and have two small children and was just trying to get something fixed.

Yesterday a tube in my sink was damaged. I needed plumbing services near my location, I found Turbo on google and luckily they responded quickly and sent a local plumber, Andrew, to my house, he installed a Galvanised Pipe replacementI think it is the best service in Houston related to plumbing, fast and effective.I highly recommend this service.

Turbo plumbing replaced our hot water heater with a new high efficiency one. We are satisfied with the professionalism... after installation, the room was tidied up and cleaned. It was also impressive how quickly it was done.

I have had problems with the air conditioner in the last few days and with the hot weather it is impossible not to have air conditioning at home, a family member optimized TURBO for the repair and it was definitely the best decision I could make, the fix was quite fast.

The water heater in my apartment stopped working due to a gas supply failure, I looked for a repair service near my location and found TURBO, the service was very fast and cheap, I feel very satisfied.

Jay is an outstanding technician. He is very profesional and very knowledgeable and polite. We like to dedicate him as our technician. He has excellent customer service skills. Turbo home service always responds timely to problems . Jay was right at our door within minutes of report of the problem.

I originally called Turbo out for just an air conditioning evaluation, but Kenneth helped me understand how my system was running and what I was missing. He was very professional and personal. Kenneth helped me with a fast test to my system, and immediately noticed some ductwork issues I had missed. I greatly appreciate Kenneths personable demeanor and would highly recommend local AC services through them again.

We had two prior technicians come out and couldn’t find anything wrong with my AC but it was not cooling. Finally technician Ezequiel came out and found the problem. He was very professional, helpful and did not leave until it was resolved. I would definitely recommend him and the company.

I called Saturday at 4:30pm. Jay showed up shortly and fixed my a/c. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Followed up next day to make sure that house was cool. Thank you Jay!!

Very responsive and honest this is the 2nd time I used them and will continue to do so because they are reliable.

The service man was extremely professional. He fixed my issue in an expedient manner and instructed me on preventative measures that I can take to avoid subsequent clogs.

Hired them to unclog a drain, tech was able to identify the problem and snake it from the attic, took probably 45 minutes , charged a ridiculous $ 380 !!!

They came out right away and were on time. Helped diagnose a high humidity issue and will install a de-humidifier.
