I called GEI Plumbing Services after 10 PM and left a message. One technician returned my call within 10 minutes, explained everything and we agreed to meet next day at 9 AM. He corresponded via text to notify me when he was a half hour away and arrived well within the time he said he would arrive. He was really helpful and quick. He really went the extra mile and explained everything as he went so that we felt we could make educated decisions. well done, we've found our go to plumber.

Scheduled an appointment for them to come out to fix a plumbing leak I had. I think it was 3-4 days out. Was home to meet their technician. Just at the end of their window (which was toward the end of their work day) they called and said that they were short on people and just couldn't make it. I said that was fine and I understand that sometimes things just don't work out that well. Rescheduled for another day just a couple of days away. Got out of work early again to make sure I was home to meet the technician. No show, no call. Called them the next day and asked them what happened and got a story about how it was scheduled but somehow just got missed. Asked me if I wanted to schedule again for another time in the future. I declined and just got another local company to have a look. I would have just left it there but, I just got a letter from them in the mail and it said, We regret that your immediate plans did not include allowing our team of licensed plumbing, air conditioning and electrical professionals to be of service to you. YOU no-showed on ME...TWICE and when I had left work early to meet you. They might do good work, I wouldn't know. I'm sure they show for their appointments most of the time. Just didn't for me and then had the nerve to send me a letter that made it sound like I didn't take off work to be home for their scheduling.

Service is absolutely horrible. They take hour upon hours to respond. Called in at 10:06am and it's now 10:46pm still have not come out and now I have sewer backing up into 4 buildings. This is ridiculous

A couple of weeks ago we had a major power surge that hit my home and took out a few appliances including on of my A/C units. I was in dire need of diagnosing what was wrong with the A/C as it was getting hot! I had lots of difficulty contacting and getting my regular A/C company to come out. After several days, I gave up and looked up Great A/C companies in Houston. I knew it was kind of a hail mary, but after contacting the first one on the list and not getting a response, I tried Mission. They answered and setup an appointment early the next day. They called before arriving, diagnosed the situation, and even had the part in stock for my old Ducane A/C unit. All was fixed on the same day and the best part was the great attitude and service-oriented nature of the technician Roel Murillo. He did a great job and I am now signing up for the service maintenance plan with the company. Thanks Mission Air!

Alex arrived on time and he was very courteous, honest, and professional. He explained all the options of how to repair our AC. He made a point to show me on the AC unit everything that was broken. He also took pictures and included them in the invoice. He knew exactly what he was doing and fixed our AC efficiently. I would definitely recommend Turbo Home Services and Alex in particular.

Came out within an hour to fix a small leak, courteous and prompt. First company I called said it would be 3 days before coming out. You cant go 3 days without using your kitchen sink!

Through Home Warranty they were assigned to my claim. Their technician came to my house and by just looking at the unit said it has to be changed. He didn't even touch it, take the cover out to check even if it was getting power, if water was running, nothing, he just worked his magic through his eyes. He left in 5 minutes and reported to the Home Warranty that the units has a leak, moisture and rust inside. Because this is considered a maintenance issue now the Home Warranty says they are not approving the claim. I was already skeptical in getting anything out of the Home Warranty, this service confirmed me that Home Warranty does nothing to select reputable and responsible contractors but a bunch of scammers. It almost feels like they work together to make sure the customer gets screwed every time. Cancelling my home warranty and reporting this scammer.
