We have installed two tankless water heaters this year using Nick’s Plumbing & Sewer Services. They are a very professional company with trained and knowledgeable technicians. The whole process from the time we contacted them initially to receiving the invoice and setting the final payment was so efficient and such a refreshing change! I would recommend them any day. The last invoice came with all the pictures showing the professional installation!!

Daniel Luke, is an AWESOME plumber. He was very thorough, he really cared and wanted the job to be done right! I had seen 2 other big plumbing companies before him; but as soon as explained everything to me, I knew immediately that I was going to do business with Abacus. What I appreciated the most was his honesty and how he wanted to do the best for my home. It's so hard to trust people coming into your home, but not this guy. He's the best hands down!! I have called 3 different times and every time is its a run around. The first two times I called to get someone to come out they told me they would call me back and never did. Good thing I called around. The funny thing is my company is right across the street from them. Today I call because we need a leak fixed and yet again got the run around. They told me since I don't have an account with them they can't send anyone out, until I set an account up with them. I was never told the first two times that I needed an account to get serviced. So, I was put on hold then I reached an assistant and she asked me who I was waiting for, I then told her accounting (Which they were not in the office at the time I called). I expressed how unsatisfied on there service and I was ready to look else where. she told me to hold on and she will get to the bottom of it and get back with me. So yet again i was put on hold for a good minute until she got back on the line. she proceeded to tell me that she spoke to the dispatcher and the accounting lady was back in her office, her name was Kelsey I believe. so i sat on the phone waiting to be transferred to this lady and the call ended. This was a headache just to get service, found someone else and they our on the way and it took less then 5 minutes to get everything set up. i will never call them again. spend your money elsewhere.

We had to call Mission out for both plumbing and AC on the same day as our house decided to leave us a few surprises when we got back from a vacation. Both Troy and Juan did an excellent job quickly identifying our issues and solving them. Each called ahead to let us know they could be at our house earlier than our appointment time as well. Great service and professionalism overall!! Would recommend Mission and both technicians if you are in need of AC or plumbing work.

Robert repaired our A/C. The service advertised was delivered exactly as it was represented on the advertisement. This is not only refreshing, but also highly ethical, and we really appreciate this way of business'. Robert was outstanding, polite, friendly, professional. Highly recommend.

I called at 5:30pm. They came out the next day, my problem was NOT an emergency. A part had to get picked up, they said and would be out Monday. Monday morning they were here repairing my toilet. They charged me over $100. less than one of those this plumbers who fixed the same problem on my other toilet 6 months ago.

During a time where plumbers were working through a high demand time, this company went above the standard and worked us into their schedule. On a Sunday, when no one else was available or willing or even able to work us in. The plumber arrived, identified the issue, and discounted the price; because it was a simple fix. That’s an upstanding action, as I’m hearing of friends and co-workers being charged astronomical prices due to the demand of plumbers. A trusting and honest company is rare in these times! I would gladly refer and use them again! Thank you for helping us during a trying time!!

These plumbers are working next door and they blast their music so loudly I can’t even hear my own TV. Completely unprofessional and I know I’ll never use them in the future.

!!! WARNING !!! “ Your home will burn down “ Is what I was told by Fred Collazo and his sidekick If I did not have them replace my water heater. I did not even call for a water heater fix. I called for a small pipe leak in the attic they quoted me over $1200 for a less than $60 pipe leak fix.Too all consumers out there You would be wise to call Other local independent HVAC and plumbing Service companies.I’m sure John Moore is more than capable of fixing many different HVAC and plumbing issues. however They will try to rip you off and use your ignorance against you or they will try to scare you into giving up the money with lies/ scare tactics. I only needed a small drip leak fixed and With their house burning down comment/ warning scare tactic they used and a $2400 quote they could take care of it. And “With more possible fees.” Turns out they lied about the water heater home fire danger. I have the proper equipment and ventilation for it. Nice try John Moore and associates. Not appreciated at all ! Just be honest and fair I guess that’s just too hard. I’ve read other warnings about these tactics used by your associates.Please don’t try to tell me that I can contact your customer service because I know it means it will go nowhere . I’m sure you will turn this matter over to the customer service department. seems like you blame shift every issue that doesn’t give you a glowing review. Maybe we can do business in the future if the shady tactics and what seems to be price gouging stop. I won’t be holding my breath for that outcome.

Worst customer service in the industry. I cannot imagine a reason why I would ever hire them for anything.

Earlier today Kintex Plumbing came to my home and serviced both of my electric water heaters. I had no idea that there were so many components to electronic water heaters! The technician immediately knew what the issue was and in no time replaced the thermostat and elements in both of my water heaters. The job was done fast and thoroughly. Kintex plumbing I appreciate all that you have done! Wow! What a great job!
