I had a great experience with this electrician service. The electrician was very professional and did an excellent job fixing my electrical problem. They were also very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely use this service again.

I called @11am on Friday and West Houston Electric sent Theo out that afternoon to replace a faulty breaker. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed my problem and then did a free evaluation to see if there were any other issues. Theo was very thorough and pointed out some safety hazards. I will be calling West Houston Electric back to fix them. I would highly recommend this company. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

I was interested in a residential water filtration system, and after a bit of research on the internet I called Abacus. I set up an appointment with Eric Bradicich to test my water and outline my options. I was most impressed with the amount of time he took to explain the test results and outline my options. He gave me a week to consider, and then spent even more time answering more questions. Abacus offers a lifetime warranty on their systems and I feel confident that they will stand behind their warranty and service. Good experience, excellent choice. Thank you Eric.Update- I have now had my water filtration system installed and I was impressed once again with Abacus employees. Tony Parker and Chris Korenek did a great job. They were informative, efficient and tidy. They explained how the system worked and future maintenance, etc. Thanks Tony and Chris- great job.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

Michael came out and gave us a quote for a new system. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. We will have our system installed in a couple of days.

Be sure you LOOK at the estimate and get them to explain step by step and line item by line item of the work they plan to do before you sign or give them a deposit. Christian Lopez sold me a gas test and leak search for a tiny leak detected during his initial assessment. Verbally told me the price but sent no invoice. By the time I got the invoice I realized he’d charged me for an additional labor hour and an unnecessary leak search to the tune of $1500. I spoke to 4 different people who could not explain why I was charged the extra fee and when I confronted him about it he said someone would contact me. They never did. Terrible customer service and they ARE trying to sell you things you do not need using scare tactics. Taking advantage of a single woman should be a crime it happens so often with these companies. Ladies beware.
