Josh was fantastic! After 3 visits by another plumbing company who were not able to repair my tankless water heater I decided to try Nick's Plumbing. Josh came and stayed until he found the problem and had it repaired that night.

On time and did a good job.

Because of consistent unreliability, I gave up on traditional water heaters and switched to the tankless system. BLUE FROG and Alton Campbell were exceptionally responsive, on time, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Could not ask for a better experience and the price was more than competitive. They were on time, below budget, and everything works perfectly.

Due to recent freeze I had outside faucet separate from pvc pipe inside garage wall.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Texas Plumbing. I contacted them because I was needing a licensed plumber to do a gas inspection before centerpoint could turn on the gas to the house. At first contact Nathan was great, very responsive and quickly got me on the schedule for the next morning at 9am.I scheduled someone to be at the house from then on. They did not show up until 1PM. They never called me letting me know they would be delayed. I had to call several times to get an update on what the plan was. Nathan apologized and said he'd work with us on the pricing, which never happened.While they were there we asked if they could look at why 2 of my plumbing fixtures were not working. The gentleman let me know the diverters were bad and would need replacement. I approved them to continue with the fix, and after the work was done, turns out that wasn't the issue but rather a simple fix that required no parts or much effort. I discussed this issue with Nathan to express my frustration of how I could have potentially saved $300 (the cost to replace the diverters, which only $80 of it was for parts), and he said he'd talk to his technician and would get back to me on the situation. He never did, but were quick to send me an invoice.The story goes on and on, but the point is the communication was awful. I work for a reputable residential/commercial builder and have been exposed to terrible subcontractors, but you just never get used to how unprofessional some of them are. I wish I would have just pulled off my plumber from one of my jobs and had him do me this solid rather than seeking for someone else.

We had an issue with our drainage and garbage disposal. I booked online on a Friday night and Roto - Rooter was there by 2 the next day! Johnathan and his trainee were great guys, super quick, and were able to give me a very reasonable price. They were in and out within 30 mins.

Today was the second time I've used this company & it definitely won't be my last. They are very helpful, friendly, & do a great job. But the thing I like the most is how trustworthy they are. They are always upfront with the pricing & let you know what they're thinking. The technician was friendly & professional while still being personable. The prices with the quality of workmanship is unbelievable, the technicians are well trained and know what there doing , Eddie answered every question and concern I had , and also explained to me why they also have a roofer come out to reseal the exhaust pipes over both of my new hot water heaters. I would definitely recommend and use Redfin Plumbing again, especially with nice individuals like Kenda and Eddie working there.

The tech, Lindell Francis, came out was on time, professional & friendly. He performed his work quickly & also provided me a realistic quote for replacing a couple toilets in the house. Great service. I will be calling them in the future.

Very efficient, quality work, Sammy Martinez quickly and accurately diagnosed my faulty capacitor for my Goodman system. Sammy took the time to answer my additional questions regarding my home builder grade system. Unfortunately he confirmed my suspicions about my system. It was a bad selection by home builder and bad layout. Not much can be done to improve with our causing significant expense on my end but it’s definitely something I’ll look at more closely when I buy my next home. Great service all the way around from Abacus would recommend 5/5 stars for repairs. They will be my first call going forward. Their responsiveness is good and pricing is competitive. You’re paying a flat fee for the techs time, their customer service, the technology (online scheduling, texting, tech location notification, etc.), the expertise and brand knowledge, etc. You pay for what you get, getting it right the first time and treated right is worth the money.

This guy can't even keep his appointment. He wanted to epoxy my 60-year-old galvanized pipes. VERY SHADY COMPANY !!! STAY AWAY.
