Skylar was extremely professional and performed a thorough job of inspecting the HVAC and heating equipment in the house and walked us through the process including sharing photos.

Eduardo did a fantastic job of diagnosising the issues and offering options/solutions. He was very professional and friendly. We really enjoyed our experience. He replaced our 1/3 HP disposal that was cracked & leaking with a 3/4 HP stainless steel disposal. He also helped unclog a drain in our master bath. Rotorooter didn't complete the job and told me my subfloor was rotted and probably needed to be replaced. They told me to call them back when I fixed the floor. After calling 2 contractors to evaluate the floor, turns out It was in good shape, it was just wet from the broken flange. A repair flange would have worked just fine. They were also going to install the new toilet flange (on the inside of a 3 pipe) with a thick rubber gasket that would put the drain pipe for that toilet at about 2. Would probably have gotten clogs all the time. Wedgeworth quickly chipped and removed the pipe from the old flange off of the drain pipe so that a new larger flange could fit on the outside like the original and installed it properly, quickly and affordably. Very impressed with their expertise, their work and their professionalism.

I have had continuous plumbing problems, specifically sink backing up, which fills up my dishwater, quite a mess. I live in an older home in Lazybrook, so this is to be expected. I emailed Halo Sunday evening, and Halo promptly called me Monday morning at 8:15 am. I mention this because many times I have called plumbers (or other trademen) who never return my call or make an appointment and NEVER even show up. Loren Brusatori, owner of Halo was at home at 9:30 am. I found him to be both professional and knowledgeable. He was very efficient, polite and thorough. He did not try to pressure sell me on other things which I asked him about, I really appreciate this because many times I find tradesmen will do their best to pad their bill. I will MOST DEFINITELY be calling Halo back out to do other more extensive plumbing work, in the next couple of weeks.

Blue Frog did a great job at our home. They were timely, covered what needed to be done and then completed the work in a timely manner. Great job. I’ll call them for more jobs in the future.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening and was worried we would not find a plumber to come out. I called Roto-Rooter and they were able to get someone out to our home within an hour and a half with no extra travel or weekend fees! Our plumber Joseph was super nice. He explained the fees for the job and got to work right away. He unclogged our main sewer line in about 30 minutes! He was very kind and seems to love what he does. I am glad they have a 6 month warranty on their services and have plumbers on call 24/7. That was a life saver!Will be using them again in the future.

Excellent job. On time, on budget. They are not the cheapest but they do very good work.

Over priced. They do an okay job but charge to much for their services. They should really offer better value prices for their loyal customers.They were charging me $450 to install a thermostat in my house which only took me about 10 minutes to do myself. No thank you.It’s horrible that they try to take advantage of people like this.At most I would have paid $80 for that service but never $450!!! That’s crazy!

I used Hexagon Plumbing to install bathroom fixtures for our apartment-garage that I was turning into an office. George is a top-notch professional. He made sure his crew got everything done correctly. If we ever had an issue, he would personally get it resolved. The work was completed back in May and I have had no issues. As a landlord, I called Gilbert from Aaron's Plumbing for a job and they came right out, fixed the problem right away and that was that. One of my renters had a clogged toilet and they went out there and snaked it and had it taken care of in 5 minutes. I honestly found Aaron's Plumbing on the internet through a search and after doing the job, thought their pricing was reasonable. I have only good things to say about them and would use them again.

I had a water pipe leakage after hours on a weekend and needed service in emergency. Called up Turbo helpline, who agreed to send the tech in right away to take care of it. They also helped me over the phone to close the main water valve. The service technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Happy with the entire experience (my first with this company) and I will certainly be using them again.

I'm quite happy with what they did. They are highly competent, efficient, and performed a terrific job cleaning the kitchen sink and fixing the kitchen flooring that had been damaged by water. I've utilized their services three times, and each time, I've been more than happy with the excellent results! They meet all standards in every way.
