Best Water Damage Repair in Houston TX

So happy with Jeremiah from Cooper plumbing. We had a leak in the attic and it caused some damage. He came out immediately when I called, fixed the leak for a reasonable price and even referred me to a restoration company that could help clean up the mess the leak made. I will use them again. Honest, fast and reliable. They are everything you would want in a plumber. Very happy.

Stay away from Roto-Rooter! We called them on August 4th do help with a small water reclamation project on the second floor of our home. After a week of them demoing walks and floors and drying things out, they left and the real damage was found. They used heavy humidifiers to dry things out, but they never laid any floor protection on the wood floors on our 1st floor. 3 flooring experts hae come out on their dime and confirmed that the floors have to be ripped up and replaced. Plus, our stairs have to be sanded, restained and repainted. This will also require us to move out of our house for at least a week. In all, it is over $70K worth of damage. To make matters worse, their unethical insurance company, Sedgwick, is continuing to play stalling tactics so that they don't have to pay for any of the damage their gross negligence caused. We've been overly accommodating with Sedgwick, trying to bend over backwards to help them move things along but they refuse to move. It has officially been more than 2 months and not a single thing has been done. I highly recommend that if you have a water reclamation or plumbing need to NOT call Roto-Rooter. The chances of you having an even bigger headache are very real and most likely probably. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Uli answered all my questions, and he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. As a single woman, that doesn't know anything about plumbing, that was greatly appreciated. I called Turbo Home Services to come out to inspect our HVAC system following a home inspection report that identified some possible concerns. Jay W came out promptly within the assigned time window; he was professional and efficient as we reviewed the report together and he inspected the equipment.In the end he concluded that only a subset of the report was an actual problem and he was able to fix those items on the spot for a very reasonable price! The final invoice included the detailed report which we were able to send to the buyer.

I hired Budget Home Services to replace a water shutoff valve. They did so, and the installation itself was good. In the process, they created a leak in my sprinkler system, which is right next to the valve. They were unable/unwilling to repair my sprinklers, and I had to hire a sprinkler service for an extra $245 to repair the sprinkler problem that Budget Home Services created. I booked Budget Home Services through the Google Guarantee program, though, and Google reimbursed me the full cost of what I had paid Budget Home Services.TLDR: Make sure you book through Google Guarantee, otherwise you might have trouble.

My domestic 10 years historical water heater stopped working and so I referred to as this company for their service. They were speedy to get there carried out the analysis and determined out that the heating unit had burned out and wished replacement. The technician set up a new one and hot water restored.

I just looked at this review today. I called the guy up since everyone had positive things to say about him. Master Plumber and owner of the company came out. He looked at my problem and right away knew what he needed to do. He took the time to explain and went to work. He told me that he might have to make a mess inside the office because it looked like it was too clogged up. I told him I couldn't have that because we see patients everyday. He said he would have to look at the man hole and see where our pipe was and if he could do it. Right away he took his machine out and started working outside in a filthy man hole full of roaches. The guy did it. Our pipes were so clogged up, I really didn't think we were going to get it fixed without tearing this place apart. But he did it. Very professional, courteaus and willing to explain the entire process. Thanks for a job well done.
