Even though Wedgeworth Plumbing came to check a warranty item they did not install, I used their plumber, James, to make the necessary replacement. He was very patient with all my questions, thorough and professional. He also pointed out a weak turn off valve which will need replacement soon. I will definitely consider them for future work when needed.

All I can say is Blue Frog plumbing of NW Houston is now my go to plumber!!!!!! They are Fabulous!!!!! I had them replace a toilet in my home and I was blown away by how professional and experienced they were!!!! They not only did a great job , they were on time and very neat. Ramon came to my home to detect where the water was coming from and he shared what was going to happen throughout the process. I was made aware of my sheetrock being cut and that I would have to get it repaired after the repair was completed. The very next day Jose and Sergio came to make the repairs and it was OUTSTANDING. I have seen plumbing repairs by other companies and this was the best job ever, it looked like it was new and they cleaned everything up when they finished. I asked them to give me a bid on replacing some pipes in my garage that was not done well by another company and they quickly checked it and gave me the total. I asked how soon they could come back to fix it and they asked when it was convenient for me, so they scheduled it the very next day. Cedrick came to complete that repair and it was OUTSTANDING again. The employees at Texas Quality Plumbing are respectful and treat you as if you are important. They are the absolute best plumbing company I have ever encountered. I will always call them for plumbing repairs I need in my home.

Overall I was very pleased. Very nice, professional guys that did a great job. They demolished and reinstalled a leaky shower pan as well as replace fittings in shower and under sink. Will use them again to install new tub and sinks.

2019: AC Tune-up $89, the technician ran a vacuum to unplug the main drain and stop the dripping from the overflow pipe2020: AC Tune-up $89, the technician did not run the vacuum or attend to unplug the drain line, explaining us that dripping from the overflow is normal phenomenon2 months later the drain being clogged and the AC running full time, the dropping from the overflow is continuous, we contacted MISSION again, and the technician asked us $300+ to unplug the drain.------Thanks for your answer, but that doesn't explain why your technician didn't run the vacuum to unclog the pipe. I was there and those vacuum are pretty loud, I can tell you it was not used. It is a disappointment but as your company doesn't look interested to fix an issue coming from the lack of competence of your technician, I would prefer look for a more responsible and professional company.
