Technician was helpful and knowledgeable. However, I would prefer the form they want you to sign electronically stated that I was only acknowledging receiving estimate. Instead it shows acceptance of $0.00 being authorized as work to be done. I signed it because it showed $0 but don't like that. Abacus has previously worked on clogged pipes for me and I've been happy with them.
