Have an older home in Briar Meadow and recently we had a power surge at the house that took out my A/C and my garage fridge. Having used Nick's Plumbing/Air in the past for plumbing repairs and inspections on my older home I purchased last year, I called on this company again. Due to my travels out of state, I wasn't able to be home during this process but the technician (Caleb) was awesome in assessing and ultimately replacing my unit w/ a new Trane system. Price was very competitive and service was excellent. Was great to rely on one company that I trust to also handle my A/C issues.

I had a broken pipe under my house that required blueFrog to break thru the foundation for repair. The technician was very professional, kept me informed during the whole process. The work was done in the time estimated and am very please with the results. I interviewed multiple plumbing companies and blueFrog won the job based on price and evaluation of the project. They were incredibly responsive - I reported a leak on their website at 9pm Friday night. They called at 8:30 AM Saturday morning. They came, they saw, they fixed an urgent problem. 5 Stars for being responsive professionals. Frustrated with busted pipes and no water from the freeze, on multiple plumber wait lists for two weeks I called Texas Plumbing Friday the 26th of February at 12:30 and they were here at 1:00pm and worked tirelessly until 8:30 fixing all 8 pipe leaks. I live in a six unit townhome complex we had a clog sewer problem. We had the city come out twice, they could not help us,gave us wrong information about where the sewer line was located. So I decided to call Roto Rooter. They sent a fine gentleman by the name of Michael McDaniel to our property. He got out of his truck and confidently said I will find your problem and in five minutes he did. He unclogged the sewer line and took pictures of the problem. It was a tree root through a city pipe that was causing the problem. I sent the information to the city.

Houston Plumbing Services came out after Winter Storm Uri and fixed no less than 6 busted pipes to make sure I had a working bathroom and kitchen again. The plumbers took time to explain what was happening and my options and the office stayed in touch about the time for my appointment. Having someone to keep you updated about when they could come out was a huge relief, considering how hard it was to get in touch with anyone this week. And the guys did great work, made sure everything was running and scheduled a follow up appointment. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Michah & Curtis came out to do a video inspection of our sewer system on our 1965 house. Main sewer line out of the house got plugged on Christmas Day with 4 people visiting. AAA Plumbers came out first thing the next morning (8:30), cleaned out the sewer line, and replaced the wax ring on our downstairs toilet that had blown, all for a surprisingly reasonable price. I've used them 4 or 5 times now and been satisfied. Once there was a minor problem with their work, but they came back asap and fixed it under warranty.
