Best Tankless Water Heater in Houston TX

My husband Richard and I thought we had an easy to fix clog. Luke arrived exactly on time on Monday and was so polite to us. It was a larger problem than we expected. Luke did a great job and was very smart and professional. He was a blessing to us! We highly recommend Luke Potter!! We are so happy the job cost was reasonable also! Thank you Cooper Plumbing.

They have great reviews with Google, but a D+ with the BBB. I called and was told there would be a $39 trip charge that would be deducted if I accepted the estimate and they did the work. There was no estimate given, they just did the work. I assumed that was because it wouldn't be much over the $39. It only took about half an hour (no supplies used) and then I was sent a bill for $200. I called and asked why I had not been given an estimate. The owner, Guy, called back and told me they don't do estimates if it's less than $200. I tried to talk but he kept cutting me off, telling me to stop complaining and just pay the bill. I finally had to hang up on him. I did pay the bill, but will NEVER use this company again!

No one loves having to call the plumber but they made it as painless as possible. Alton came out same day and had everything going in no time. Great work!

Set up two appointments. First time they tried to reschedule on me - second time no showed. Guys that showed up on first appointment could not complete work so they set up job for next morning. Next morning they no showed after confirming.

SERVICE TECHNICIANS,RENNY AND TOMAS, CAME TO MY HOME LAST WEEK TO REPLACE A GAS LINE TO OUR GARAGE APARTMENT. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THEY WORKED QUIETLY AND ALMOST WITHOUT ANY BREAKS. FINISHED IN ONLY 5 HOURS. WHEN THEY LEFT, THE AREA WAS TOTALLY CLEANED UP. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TDT FOR PLUMBING REPAIRS.
