Best Tankless Water Heater Services in Houston TX

The customer service was stellar but the damage in my restroom was so severe that it was gonna cost about $7,000 to dig in my backyard. Called these guys out last weekend when my toilet over flowed. I should have just paid for the $50 trip fee but instead paid $490, which we agreed to, for their plumber to do the work but because he couldn’t fix it without charging me more, we had to leave the job unfinished. And essentially, he told me my bathroom was and would remain out of order until we could get that taken care of and spend more money. Just wish I would have gotten some sort of help cause I’m out almost $500 and still don’t have a functioning bathroom because we couldn’t even finish the job. Again, customer service was nice, but it really ruined the weekend.

Because of consistent unreliability, I gave up on traditional water heaters and switched to the tankless system. BLUE FROG and Alton Campbell were exceptionally responsive, on time, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Could not ask for a better experience and the price was more than competitive. They were on time, below budget, and everything works perfectly.

Fast work and done right reasonable pricing

Had Lucky's Plumbing visit twice in the last few weeks. Once for clogged drain line and once for broken gas line.They were right on time, fixed the issue quickly and professionally and the prices were quite reasonable.I will continue to use them whenever I have plumbing needs..Top notch operation.

I am very happy with the work that Texas Premier Plumbing did for my property. The house had a severe underground leak from the water main line, with 126K gallons of water leaked within a short period of time. Texas Premier Plumbing came out the next day to assess the situation and provided a reasonable quote for the job to replace the leaking galvanized pipes with whole new pvc schedule 80 pipes. They started the work right away the next day and finished within two days, with all lawn areas impacted restored to original state. During the job, they found out that the original estimated ~60ft of pipes that needed to be replaced turned out to be 95ft (some of the piping was routed differently), they covered the additional cost without asking for a price increase from me. They also covered some unexpected connection issues with the hot water line to the water heater. In the end, they honored the price they offered upfront without additional price hikes, and did a good job placing a new water main line for my house. I would definitely use their service again when I have plumbing needs for my properties in the area. Thanks a lot, Ben! You guys did an awesome job and earned my business and respect!

What a quintessential professional is Mr. Leonard Papa. It has been so long since we’ve experienced one! He came to help us with our dishwasher issue and likely freeze-related kitchen plumbing problems. He was generous enough to be part of a church-related Restoration Team helping those with limited income while being respectful, responsible and efficient. M&M help me out of a terrible situation. Monday we had a different plumber do some work; replace a old tub mixer valve with a new one. After 5 hours and me discovering mistakes for them to correct we thought they were finished. I paid them and they left. I went to clean up the tub and the valve would not cut off the water and worse I found a pin hole in a joint. Water is spraying everywhere. I call X-Perts plumbing back. With on answer. Now it is 2am.Tuesday morning I called M&M plumbing. The friendly voice on the phone said he could have someone out in an hour. Right on time Keith from M&M was at my door. Very pleasant and professional young man. He went right to work. He would give me the bad possibilities but hope for the best. He was able to repair the hard to get to pin hole in minutes. Then on to the tub. This took more thought, he had to figure out what the other plumber had done wrong, in the end we believed small parts were missing. Just as he was finishing that up the bathtub drain seal broke and the tub water from upstairs began pouring out of my downstairs kitchen lights. What a nightmare. If it had to happen I am so grateful it did when Keith was here and not X-Perts. Keith was able to find the parts and installed in a timely manner. You can imagine how panic I am right now. I have already paid for one plumber and now Keith has been here 3+hours working. My husband and I were so relieved when we saw the bill. Not cheap but definitely not over price. I asked for some business card so I can pass their name around. I will use them again, wish their name would have pop up on Google when I was searching, found them under 24 hour plumbing.

What is great is they could come the same day. They also gave an estimate before coming which is great!
