My wife and I just bought our home earlier this year and we knew we would have some plumbing issues to deal with. We've called GEI Plumbing Services for 2 different jobs and they've done great work both times, we will definitely be using them again in the future. They were friendly and made quick work of our clogged drain.

On time, friendly, caring! Unique situation (or maybe not so) City installed new water lines and hit my sewage line. Wedgeworth stayed a couple hours while City worked on the problem. Not knowing if the situation was fixed they provided a quote for sewer line replacement and camera inspection. Appointment reminders, meet the tech and follow-up all things that show the care about the customer service!

These guys are GREAT. Quality work at a reasonable price. They have worked on several of my rental homes as well as my personal house. Everything from minor plumbing repairs to redoing our entire master bath. New shower, toilets, faucets and so on. I would highly recommend these plumbers.

Plumbing Houston team were amazing!! Came over right away with short notice and were able to identify the problems with our toilets and shower. They even gave us the cheaper quick fix options first with no pressure, as well as the better more long term options. They gave us a quote and we’re back in the next couple days. They fixed three bathrooms in under 4 hours. I was amazed. Super professional and kind.

Eric came over to help with a third floor bathroom sink that was clogged. It took him maybe two minutes to diagnose that it was an algae clog due to some sort of ac connection. He then took it apart to show me the algae and I was blown away at how spot on he was. The whole experience was actually pretty amazing as his knowledge base is extreme given that his dad is a master plumber and he himself had been working for almost 15 years at it. He wasn’t short on info and it turned into a seminar real quick as he was happy to share tons of guidance and anwsered all my questions.Thanks a ton Eric I’ll recommend yall to anyone. Cheers!

I was given Brad's Plumbing as a recommendation from my neighborhood Facebook group. The water would not turn off in my master bath shower. I know nothing about plumbing so was freaking out a bit about all the wasted water flowing. I called Brad's Plumbing and left a message. Within 10 minutes I received a call back from Brad and he said he had a man who could come out within an hour or two depending how long his current job would take. I was SOOOO appreciative for the same day service.BUT IT GOT BETTER! 1 hour after my initial call to Brad's Plumbing Joey arrived at my door to fix my master bath shower. Joey was polite, friendly and he gave my cat some attention which is always appreciated by my cat. Joey fixed my shower and even helped me get the ladder to my attic crawl space back in place (I was struggling).I cannot recommend this company enough. Excellent experience - fast same day service, technician very courteous and knowledgeable, price was very good. Definitely will use them again. I have had a hard time getting a good and reliable ac service company that can respond quickly and do the job correctly without up selling or charging exorbitant amounts.I called them 7:30Am for malfunctioning furnace, the tech came at noon. Called in advance and arrived as promised. I described to him the symptoms and without looking at the unit he already knew it was most likely a dirty flame sensor. And it was. The tech knew the equipment very well, I have a 10 year old Goodman Amana unit, and he solved the problem in 15 minutes.I did sign up for their semi- annual maintenance plan and he credited the service charge toward the cost of the plan. He did not up sell me on it I asked him about maintenance and he made me a good offer.They also offer to bring you a portable ac in case they can't fix your unit in one day - that can be a life saver in the summer and not many companies provide this service.I have had plenty of bad experience with other contractors before, including reputable ones like Abacus who wanted to up sell me on a bunch of stuff I did not need.I am well aware of how many fake reviews are there online so I took the time to read a lof of their feedback and also who posted it. They did have several other Google local guides that appeared legitimate and gave very positive feedback, so I decided to give them a try and I am glad I did. I highly recommend them.

Kintex was assigned to us by our home warranty company and I will NEVER use this service for anything again. After being told what the issue was the technician replicated the issue which involved backflow into the house, then merely left without advising that a huge mess was made (I was on a work call while he was working, but he did interrupt to let me know that home warranty wouldn’t cover the work and that he was leaving.)When I complained to the dispatcher about what was not done, his response was merely “maybe he didn’t see it.”NEVER AGAIN! If I could give a zero I would.
