Emergency repairs to water main entering the house and it’s connection to the irrigating sprinkler system. The connection between the galvanized steel into the home and the PVC piping to irrigating sprinkler system had failed. This became a problem when trying to dismantle the galvanized material and the scope of repairs spread into the house and then the attic until a suitable threaded connection was found to which they could make good connections to. Luke Potter, the young man who was the attending plumber from Cooper Plumbing was very professional, neat and clean in his work and did not look at his watch once as the problem spread into the house and he knew he was keeping their next customer waiting. He stayed with it until everything was checked and tested and we were satisfied. I found him to be knowledgeable and happy to educate me (and I am always ready to learn) when I asked questions about the equipment or the material he was using or how things were done.I would certainly recommend his services to anyone.

Ron Murley was the lead Technician. He really thought how to install a single faucet kitchen sink faucet that was not a simple job, and it is working great. I am a Chemical Engineer and appreciate the skill he and his team mate showed. I have used Nicks Plumbing for years and would not call any one else.

We loved having GEI Plumbing Services come to our home. The plumber Jacob was very knowledgeable and excellent. I really appreciated him pointing out the reason for my problems and what I should have done to prevent them. He did a bunch of repairs for us and one of the repairs was even completed for us at no charge. It cost a bit more than some other plumbers, but given the quality of the service, it is well worth it and I would use them again. If you want quality work done right the first time, I highly recommend GEI Plumbing Services.

I called Blue Frog West Houston and they were here in about three hours. They installed a kitchen sink drain and facet. We have not had water downstairs since Harvey and in about half an hour, we are in good shape. It was not inexpensive, however, it was half of what I was quoted by another plumber the same day.I guess it is value: quality work done professionally, and on my schedule. Worth every penny.

If I could give them more stars I would. Amazing service, response, and professionalism. We had a problem caused by a leak in the sewage main (resulting in a sink hole) , creating a belly in our outgoing line. Within a day of requesting the service they had the line replaced and the yard looked much better than I imagined it would. There was some leftover residue from the line being backed up that was still causing a problem but Rex came out the next day and fixed it free of charge. I will be recommending them to anyone that asks about a plumber.

I give them one star because they came on time and seem to have fixed the issue. However, I cannot give them any more because I was made to agree to a high price as they told me it would take the whole day. Instead they left in 3.5h including the time for lunch, and I ended up paying $750 for the job at a lawyerly rate of 250/hr. Needless to say I will not use them again.

Gas line repair, contracted through Home Serve program with Centerpoint.The first thing that stood out to me was the friendliness of the office staff and how informative they were.The techs were professional and efficient giving us an update every step of the way.I will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I called them around eight a.m. about repairing or replacing my kitchen faucet (I thought they would have to replace it). I made an appointment for ten o’clock. James called at 8:48 and said he could come right away, but I wasn’t quite ready for him so asked him to wait thirty minutes. He came, was able to fix the faucet (it turned out to be a minor problem), and also tightened up the sprayer hose and checked a leak in my bathtub faucet. And it didn’t cost much at all. I love Texas Plumbing! I just wish I’d discovered them years ago.

He arrived early and was awesome! Explained everything g clearly and was more than helpful. He resolved our issue fast and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for great service!

We have used Lucky’s Plumbing on two separate occasions and could not be more pleased with the quality, efficiency and value of their work. Attached are photos of our most recent plumbing repair which required patio area excavation and localized sewer line replacement due to a severe blockage and near collapse of a 50+ year old line. The work crews were technically very competent and Brandon and Emily were most helpful and responsive throughout.

Richard showed up when he said he would and even called to advise he was on his way. He did an excellent job though I was a little surprised by the cost, which was more than I anticipated. Still, he did tell me what it would be before beginning work and I approved it as I didn't want to have to contact anyone else.

In this day and age it's hard to find honest people who doesn't take advantage of customers. The service from Lindell Francis was exceptional. He was honest and trustworthy.

I HAD JEREMY FROM KATY PLUMBING COME OVER AND LOOK AT THE PREVIOUS COMPANY HAD INSTALLED, ONE SO CALLED HARD WATER FILTER. JEREMY COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW CARELESS THEY INSTALLED THEIR SYSTEM AND NEITHER COULD I. IT WASN'T UP TO CODE, IT WAS ALL EXPOSED, THE CONNECTIONS TO AND FROM THE FILTER WERE LEAKING, IT WAS A MESS. SO JEREMY SPENT SOME TIME TELLING ME THE SYSTEMS THEY SELL, AND HOW THEY'RE INSTALLED. HE EVEN HAD PHOTOS OF THE JOBS HE'D DONE, HE EXPLAINED THAT THEY FOLLOW ELECTRICAL CODE, AS WELL AS OTHERS. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE PIPE SHOULD BE BURIED, AND AFTER JEREMY AND HIS ASSISTANT ROBERT HAD INSTALLED THE WATER FILTER AND WATER SOFTENER FILTER, IT LOOKED VERY PROMISING! JEREMY IS A JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER, I WAS A JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN. WE BOTH WENT TO TRADE SCHOOL, AND IT REALLY SHOWED IN HIS WORK! I'LL NEVER USE ANY OTHER PLUMBING SERVICE, KATY PLUMBING DOES THE JOB RIGHT, ON TIME, AND THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OR DO MORE PROJECTS WHILE THEY'RE THERE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, THEY'RE NOT CHEAP, BUT YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR FROM KATY PLUMBING, GREAT SERVICE, AND THAT'S TRULY HARD TO FIND NOW DAYS!

So far so good. Young man worked hard and did what was expected. We'll have to see if the auger went far enough. ?Update!...Year or two later plumber came out to clear clean out. Excellent job! Extremely nice guy! Very pleased with service.

Admittedly I ended up hiring a different company to do the work that I needed to have done, only because they were able to do it a day earlier and I was in a real time crunch with guests coming to my home in mere hours and a water heater that needed replacing. But I have to commend this company on how responsive and flexible they were, and how courteous everyone I spoke with was. I also have to admit that their pricing was unbeatable.

Skilled, friendly, prompt, and fairly priced. I will be calling TDT Plumbing for all my plumbing needs from now on. Thanks!
