Josh was sent to our home to help with exhaust duct from cooktop that had slipped from roof and also fixing some things for the dishwasher. He proficiently completed the job.

I scheduled a service online at 10PM on 7/25 for a service at my apartment between 8AM to 12 Noon the next day, 7/26. It was accepted and i got a confirmation email about that. On 7/26 morning at 8:20 AM, i called their number to confirm the appointment and the REP told me they got it and will be calling me within an hour to head to the place. Then at 9:40 AM, i got a call from another person saying we are not forgetting about you, we are just a little behind schedule today, but we will call you again in a little bit before we come. I thought this is very good, at least they inform their customers with good communication. I guess i spoke too soon! At 11:07 AM, another person called me and this time he said i'm sorry but we cannot make it to your place today. Do you want to reschedule for another day this week?... seriously??? you had me waited the entire morning and tell me last minutes you won't be coming? I had to end up calling other places to have same day service because who would live with a breaking pipe together with bad odor for another day or days??? This is my first time with them, and also the last. I would not use these people ever again.

Brandon and his team are excellent. I needed to replace my water heater, and I didn't consider calling anyone else to do the work. Emily kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Eric, who I met for the first time, did top-notch work and was very friendly and professional. Finally, Brandon gave me pricing that was about 30% lower than I expected. Overall, I will never go anywhere else for any plumbing or gas needs.

Called them with an issue that another company quoted me $500.00 for! That's not even including other fees! They were there for about 5 mins.Called H.P.S.and told them the issue and I spoke with Eda, who was very polite and accommodating and she quoted me $250.00 out the door. She sent two employees by the names of Leonard and Marcos out who were also very polite and efficient. They came out, fix the issue and even stayed to make sure everything was working in order after.Great pricing and even better service. Will be calling for all my plumbing needs from now on! T.Y!

Eric from TDT Plumbing was excellent. Fixed my noisy pipes in less than 30 minutes. I had previously had two plumbers come out who tied my pipes down to fix the issue. After 2 years i’m finally able to sleep at night with no crazy noises coming from my attic! THANK YOU!!

Very very bad experience! I really doubt if those positive reviews are real or not. Many companies buy good reviews these days. I used this company to unclog my drain. I was charged $450. They just tried to use a snake to unclog the drain. After first trying(took less than 20 minutes), they said they were could only put 20ft snake into the pipe and guessed that drain line was damaged by tree root. After a little while, they said the issue was not by the tree. They never let me know what exactly the issue is and they refused to further try or diagnose without additional charges.It won't worth $450 for just an unclog trying using a snake! They also said that they have all equipments to diagnose, but they cannot do anything without additional charges. They recommended to replace the the drain line in the 1st place before any diagnose to avoid the cost of diagnose. This is the most ridiculous recommendation I have ever heard. I hire this company to unclog and they recommend to replace the drain line before knowing anything!Update on 5/16/2021I bought a 50 ft manual drain auger ($26.48 from home depot) and tried to unclog by myself. I was able to put all 50ft into the drain. The drain pipe was unclogged successfully after a few tries. Now I understand why they refused to diagnose and suggest to replace the pipe for the 1st place. They just want to make me spend thousands of dollars to replace the drain pipe. They trys to make tons of money by resolving an issue that never exists!!

The technician were prompt, courteous and made certain to wear their shoe covers. They quickly diagnosed the issue. They had to leave to get the required part and communicated the time line for so doing. They returned with the part and completed the repair. Everything is working perfectly upon the completion of their work. Will definitely call Kintex in the future.
