Can't express my satisfaction in dealing with cooper plumbing. I knew things would be taken care of just because of my previous use of Cooper plumbing services. Jeremiah is always on top of providing the best service in a professional manner. Can't say enuff of Efrain,who ran the job on site. Anyone reading this take my word you won't be disappointed with your choice of cooper plumbing.

WOW, WOW, WOW, I don't know what else to say. After the freeze of 2021 I tried to contact my local plumber only to find out that he had moved to Austin. I was in a panic with a broken pipe and no water. After contacting several well known companies, some who wouldn't respond, some who quoted two weeks for any service and a couple who just blew me off with false promises Bluefrog came through. Despite the overwhelming work load Bluefrog kept in contact with me, provided a service date with in days of contacting them and sent out a fantastic Plumber, Alfredo. They actually got to me a day earlier that promised and Alfredo was absolutely great. He found the leak doing minimal damage to our walls, repaired it and cleaned up before we checked the house for any other issues. Alfredo was professional and great to deal with. On top of all that the price for the repair was totally reasonable. We had one plumber who said it would be $300 just to come by. At a time when plumbing companies could have charged anything Alfredo gave us a very reasonable quote and price. Bluefrog now had a new customer for life. Thank You!

Had Lucky's Plumbing visit twice in the last few weeks. Once for clogged drain line and once for broken gas line.They were right on time, fixed the issue quickly and professionally and the prices were quite reasonable.I will continue to use them whenever I have plumbing needs..Top notch operation.

I am very happy with the work that Texas Premier Plumbing did for my property. The house had a severe underground leak from the water main line, with 126K gallons of water leaked within a short period of time. Texas Premier Plumbing came out the next day to assess the situation and provided a reasonable quote for the job to replace the leaking galvanized pipes with whole new pvc schedule 80 pipes. They started the work right away the next day and finished within two days, with all lawn areas impacted restored to original state. During the job, they found out that the original estimated ~60ft of pipes that needed to be replaced turned out to be 95ft (some of the piping was routed differently), they covered the additional cost without asking for a price increase from me. They also covered some unexpected connection issues with the hot water line to the water heater. In the end, they honored the price they offered upfront without additional price hikes, and did a good job placing a new water main line for my house. I would definitely use their service again when I have plumbing needs for my properties in the area. Thanks a lot, Ben! You guys did an awesome job and earned my business and respect!

I couldn't be happier with Acacias. Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak. Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes. I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word. I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions. Highly recommend him.

The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone and the one that actually came to our house were both very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to come out the same day but were flexible to schedule for the next day as well. Weren't pushy about adding on work that didn't actually need to be done, just what was needed to rectify our issue. Pricing is fair for the services rendered. Overall, a very positive experience and I will be contacting them again in future.

I have used Houston Plumbing Services 3 times and have been super happy all 3 times. Without hesitation, I can say Leonard and Mario were honest, timely and thorough on each visit, no matter how large or small the job requirements were. Very very bad experience! I really doubt if those positive reviews are real or not. Many companies buy good reviews these days. I used this company to unclog my drain. I was charged $450. They just tried to use a snake to unclog the drain. After first trying(took less than 20 minutes), they said they were could only put 20ft snake into the pipe and guessed that drain line was damaged by tree root. After a little while, they said the issue was not by the tree. They never let me know what exactly the issue is and they refused to further try or diagnose without additional charges.It won't worth $450 for just an unclog trying using a snake! They also said that they have all equipments to diagnose, but they cannot do anything without additional charges. They recommended to replace the the drain line in the 1st place before any diagnose to avoid the cost of diagnose. This is the most ridiculous recommendation I have ever heard. I hire this company to unclog and they recommend to replace the drain line before knowing anything!Update on 5/16/2021I bought a 50 ft manual drain auger ($26.48 from home depot) and tried to unclog by myself. I was able to put all 50ft into the drain. The drain pipe was unclogged successfully after a few tries. Now I understand why they refused to diagnose and suggest to replace the pipe for the 1st place. They just want to make me spend thousands of dollars to replace the drain pipe. They trys to make tons of money by resolving an issue that never exists!!

Very professional company. Re-piping my entire home and installing a tankless water heater was a huge project and throughout the plumbers were courteous, knowledgeable, and thoughtful about the work. All work was completed on time, the walls they cut open look exactly as they did before the work, and the city inspector was very complimentary about the quality of their work. Overall, I'm extremely happy with Kintex and its employees and would happily hire them again.
