The customer service was stellar but the damage in my restroom was so severe that it was gonna cost about $7,000 to dig in my backyard. Called these guys out last weekend when my toilet over flowed. I should have just paid for the $50 trip fee but instead paid $490, which we agreed to, for their plumber to do the work but because he couldn’t fix it without charging me more, we had to leave the job unfinished. And essentially, he told me my bathroom was and would remain out of order until we could get that taken care of and spend more money. Just wish I would have gotten some sort of help cause I’m out almost $500 and still don’t have a functioning bathroom because we couldn’t even finish the job. Again, customer service was nice, but it really ruined the weekend.

I’ve now used Nick’s for HVAC service as well. Chris was on time, professional, and went above and beyond in the quality of service and explaining what needed to happen and why. Couldn’t be happier with Nick’s and am signing up for their annual service program and having them back for more work. Price is right for such quality and professionalism!Past review on plumbing repairs: My technician, Anthony was on time, courteous, honest, and a consummate professional. He did a beautiful repair of a terrible install by my builder. It looks like it should have looked when originally installed! Super happy with the great communication and services with Nick’s. Will be using them again and recommending to my friends.

Spoke with Halo over the phone and text some pictures. They were prompt with diagnosing the issue and providing a quote. Jose came out and immediately fixed the problem. It is good to find a local plumbing service that I can go back to.

I was happy with Josh but that's where it ended.I spent over $1000 to repair broken pipe but when I asked if the repairman would replace the valve to the home main shut off which was part of the line repaired, he refused saying that wasn't part of the contract. So I spent about $500 an hour and they are so profit oriented that they wouldn't replace a cheap valve to satisfy a customer. They have seen the last of my business.Now as a layman I am on my own to replace something that would have been easy and cheap for them.

Great fast repairs at a fair price during the winter freeze

Inspected toilet and asked for $570 to fix a leak between toilet tank and bowl. Settled for $300. After disassembling, said it was impossible and asked for $970 to replace toilet. When I refused to proceed, asked for $200 for his time disassembling the toilet.Don't think I've ever met a plumber more expensive or unprofessional

We've used Lucky's Plumbing on several occasions and their service is fantastic! Over multiple visits, Brandon fixed a pipe that was leaking in our attic, repaired an outdoor shut-off valve, unclogged a slow draining kitchen sink, and also gave us a heads-up on things to watch for with our pipes as our house ages. I had a minor job which included a small piece of sheet rock being removed. TDT said the replacing of the sheet rock was included but not the painting. After they finished, they did not replace the sheet rock and said for them to come back out there, there would be a charge. Very disappointing. This is the only negative review i've done so i'm usually pretty easy to please...

They were terrible. Slow to determine unit needed replaced. Scheduled a repair then said they didn’t have the part. Then said insurance would not cover the repairs for a new unit. But they were going to replace a transformer until they found out they stopped making them. Great for the insurance company. They wanted $3400 to replace the unit. I was able to get someone to do it for $1900. I will never use them again. I see why they are the go to provider for the insurance company. They started right away discussing the problems before they even determined the issue. And Fedelity homeowners insurance was the insurance company. I am sure Kintext gets a kickback for finding any issue that will prevent the company from paying out claims.
