Gei plumbing has always been there when we needed plumbing work done. We went through several other plumbing companies until we found Hope. There employees are very pleasant and professional. Their cost have always been a little less than other companies. Gei plumbing is the only plumbing company we will use.

Both techs were very professional. Very helpful. Did excellent work. Checked all the faucets in the bathroom and the kitchen to remove air and clean aerators. From what I understand the price I was given was a very good value. I appreciate that very much. they also did a minor repair on the kitchen faucet, which was also appreciate.

They came quickly, were friendly, gave us a quote before servicing and were finished within ten minutes. Since their quote for $225, I was shocked at how quickly they were finished.

Had a pipe leak in my bathroom. Called and scheduled a tech to come out and look at it. Waited 2 hours after when they were supposed to show up. Called and they said sorry it got canceled. Then hour later a tech showed up unannounced to me. I let them in to give me a price. I scheduled the pipe repair and the crew showed up same day. I didn’t realize that they sold me the pipe repair and all the dehydration repair work too. So then I had fans going off in my house for days. When I called and asked when they would be done and pick them up they kept saying we’ll have someone out there soon. Then when all that was said and done I get a call to pay my final invoice. The lady said you still owe us $800 on top of the $1000 you already paid. When I asked what those charges were for she replied doesn’t matter you just need to pay it. I refused until someone could explain the charges. This continued for some weeks, and no one at roto rooter could explain the charges yet wanted me to pay. Then I received a phone call from them stating they intended to file a lien against my home if I didn’t pay. I submitted and paid the invoice and still don’t know what I paid for.For a company of this size I was very disappointed on how they do business. To me I feel like I was hustled and bullied. Will never use them again.

They were the only company we contacted that was so willing to help us at such short notice when our faucet was leaking. I recommend them 100% and will continue to use them in the future.

I have used Brad's Plumbing since 1993 when I bought this house. Today I called as usual and they came right out to inspect the problem I had with my water meter connection. They (Jeremy, did a great job) replaced the connection and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone in west Houston/Katy area.

Joey is great. He has come out to my house twice now to unclog my sewer line. The second time, he came at 7PM on a Saturday night with very short notice and helped with my emergency. Skilled, fair, and very helpful. I highly recommend him.

George York and Hexagon Plumbing are our super heroes!! When the Texas freeze of Feb 2021 hit and pipes began to burst and the ceiling fell, they answered their phones personally & promptly and came to our rescue right away. (Everyone else sent us to an overflowing voicemail box and returned calls gradually over the next few days.) On arrival, George and Tyler knew exactly what to do and fixed the plumbing problem immediately in the freezing dark of night. They explained what had happened, why, and what we need to do (and what we should expect) in the next few days. I can't thank them enough for their quick and effective response, and for the friendly, understanding way they calmed us down from our panicked sense of disaster. They are now our PLUMBERS FOR LIFE!

We had a terrible grinder pump issue where a PVC coupling came apart and the neighborhood pressurized sewage was free flowing back into our yard and our neighbor's yard. I called M & M and they fit me into their first available appointment. The crew came out, fixed my coupling, replaced a defective backflow preventer, and made sure the system was working properly. Since most plumbers don't like to work on grinder pump systems, it was very nice to have a company that knew what to do. I would also like to recognize Amy Kettle who was excellent at customer service and making sure we were satisfied with the work performed. I would highly recommend M & M for you plumbing needs.

I contacted Mission AC this morning as one of my units stopped cooling. I had an appointment scheduled for the same day and Juan B. The repairman showed up on time and fixed all that was needed quickly. Juan was very professional and very knowledgeable. He also gave me advice on how to maintain the units and what to look for as warning signs in the unit. Top notch service, highly recommended!

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet.
