Cooper Plumbing provided great service in a difficult situation. The tech resolved the issue and provided a lot of information in the process. Never felt he was looking for upcharge opportunities. Actually proposed an option he thought might save me money.Great experience, will definitely use again and I enthusiastically recommend.

I DO NOT recommend GEI! Previously called GEI in 2021 and they had been honest about an issue they couldn’t fix and did not charge. After this experience, I called them last week to fix a leaking bathroom sink. They charged me $130 and changed a valve when the issue was a leaking hose, then told me that the entire faucet needed to be replaced. I was left with a sink which was still leaking after hours spent at the house, and the plumber didn’t bother to clean-up, leaving parts on the floor and by the sink. There was no promise to return to fix the issue. I had to complain to the owner, who sent 2 plumbers back on the weekend, only to tell me again that the hose was leaking… and again NOT fix the issue. I ordered a new hose on Amazon for $13.00 and my dad installed it in 10 minutes. I am shocked that GEI charged me so much to waste my time, “fix” the wrong issue, even misdiagnose it a 2nd time stating the whole faucet needed to be replaced. I feel completely taken advantage of and will never use GEI again.

I called bluefrog late Saturday evening regarding a very smelly toilet and got an appointment Monday morning! Chris was the technician who worked with us and he was on time, friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable!Chris took the time to check our toilet, tank, under-sink pipes, and also the shower as well, and let us know the reason for the smell. He also gave us some tips so that this issue wouldn't happen again and did not charge for the service since he considered it a small issue.We are very thankful for Chris and will be using bluefrog for any future plumbing issues we have!

This is a wonderful company on time very professional they came out the next day after I called to fix the pipes that bust during the Christmas freeze and gave me a very good and fair price was told if any more leeks are found just give us a call. If and when I need any more plumbing done I would use them again so glad my husband found this company for me.

I called Bluefrog to clear out my French drains. The water from heavy rains was starting to BSc up in the yard. At first I thought the estimate was a little high, but for all of the work they did to make sure the end result was totally clean drains and clear water,it was worth it.If use them again and recommend them.

These reviews are fake. They’re literally trashy and nothing like described in the reviews. Run while you can. There are so many other places that will do a good job. I’ve learned my lesson. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Dear owner since your also a liar post the video of me asking for money. I am calling you out on your lies. I want the video to take to the police. You can also talk to the petsmart employee who was helping a customer to their car who saw it all. Very disappointing an owner would lie.This man decided he was not going to pay attention to pedestrians, almost hitting the lady in the picture then opened his door to start shouting at the pedestrians to use a different area to cross as well as calling people obscene names and telling them to go back to their country very unprofessional. I hope anyone reading this sees what kind of employees they have at this company. Many other places with professional employees to choose from.

I had a water heater that was not working properly and leaking badly. I called around to several plumbing companies in the area to get estimates. The last company that arrived was redfin plumbing and by far their estimate was the most economical. Their technician Heath was very polite, professional, and accurately explained the pricing, warranties, and time needed for the job to be done. I’m very happy with the service I received and highly recommend Redfin Plumbing to anyone who has plumbing issues.

Came to my rescue! Had waited up all night for another plumber who never called or showed but Mr. Rooter came through; even called in a technician who was off that day to handle my problem. Penny kept me updated by phone until all was well. Very professional and courteous and I will use them again should the need arise.

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. WOW, these guys really came through for us! Brandon rocks and his prices are fair. Santiago Plumbing is my go to company for everything having to do with plumbing now. David Hicks Plumbing was engaged to do a whole house water repiping job using PEX, for a single story ranch-style house with piping run in the attic. The new piping was required by the City of Houston to be insulated for freeze protection. Three faucet repairs followed and were necessitated due to deposited rust particles from the old galvanized iron piping. Ian, and his helper Jacob, did a great job. They were magicians in snaking the PEX down the inside of interior and exterior walls with a minimum of sheet rock work and no removal of wall or floor cabinets! Ian's follow-ups were much appreciated.

Noticed all these reviews are dated around the same time frame and all sounds alike? Another red flag, most of them have only 1 single review, I'd do more research before hiring this plumbing company

George and his team at Hexagon plumbing are AMAZING! They are fast, courteous and honest! I would never use another plumbing company! They are the best Houston has to offer!
