Nick's technician Willie Johnson did a superb job replacing the corroded drain beneath a bathroom sink. After examining the situation, he knowledgeably explained what he needed to do, and offered an eminently reasonable estimate. He performed the work, left no mess at all in the area, and took away all the corroded/faulty parts. The faucet drain worked like new. The next time we need plumbing work, I will be asking Nick's to send Mr. Johnson.

He was very professional and explained everything he was doing so I could understand. .He fixed the garbage disposal, clearing the clog in good time. He is excellent. When we moved into our house our faucet for the washing machine was so old and rotted that I called Mr. Rooter to see if they could try to fix/replace it. They were able to come the next day and the tech was on time, courteous, and answered all of my questions. He also did a check around the house inside and outside to see if there was anything else that need to get repaired. Overall I would highly recommend this company to friends and family!!!

I have used Brad's Plumbing on several occasions in the last few years. Brad's Plumbing has also done work for the rest of my family. I have used other plumbers in the past and know Brad's prices are fair. I have never had any problems with any work they have performed. They are upfront and have never been to busy to explain the process or reasons for the repairs made. Brad's plumbing is a family run business, with no sales gimmicks or high pressure sales guys.

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! I can't say enough about TDT Plumbing! They were recommended to me by a friend back in June. I had a pretty clogged up toilet and our home insurance wouldn't cover it! Armando and Jacob came out, were there for quite a while. They were both very professional, polite and would answer our questions. They took care of the problem!The toilet started to have a problem again (different problem) right before Christmas and we were going to have guests at our home. I called them late one afternoon and spoke to Vic who assured me that they would take care of it before Christmas. Next day I spoke to Melissa who explained that Micah and Jack were at another job but would be at my house in the afternoon. Micah and Jack fixed our problem and all was well again. I called on Monday after New Year. They were able to come out and totally fix the issue on 1/5. They cost less than $100 than the other two quotes my HOA received (who quoted after the fact). Joe is a very knowledgeable and professional technician. I highly recommend them.

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.
