Best plumbing service I’ve ever received. From the initial phone call to the end of my service, everyone was professional, polite, and respectful. Luke came out within two hours of my initial phone call and was better than I could’ve ever expected. He explained things and didn’t try to up-sell in any way. He was transparent and upfront about all needs and prices from beginning to end. Nowadays, overpricing or suggesting things that the customers aren’t familiar with in order to make money is all too common. My experience with Cooper Plumbing was nothing like that. I had a plumber that did most of my project then left town without getting the needed permit and inspection. I called Nick's yesterday, they arrived when they said they would today. Evaluated the situation and completed the work. Obtained permit and scheduled city inspector for tomorrow. Wonderful!

Great experience in a time of need. My waste line was backed up and I knew there were issues with it where it connects to the city. Rather than just come out and dig it up and replace (big $$$) they suggested I just get the line blasted out first (less $$$). I know this is a short term fix, but it's great for now. Everything went very well. Will be my go to for plumbing needs from here on out.

They repaired a leak I had in my bathroom. Alfredo, my tech, was friendly and fixed the leak quickly. I will use them again in the future.

Great service !great communication !we had a broken pipe underground, at 8 pm we called several plumbing companies and no one was willing to come that late .We called Texas Premier Plumbing and they guide us how to shut off the main water line. 25 minutes later they showed up with emergency crew . They dug the yard and got us the water back - same .night! I will definitely hire them again

Hector is the best! He has done several jobs for me from repairing pipes and gas lines to installing faucets and repairing water heaters. He's always very professional, does great work and is reasonably priced. I'm a realtor and have referred him to multiple people already and will continue to do so!

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. WOW, these guys really came through for us! Brandon rocks and his prices are fair. Santiago Plumbing is my go to company for everything having to do with plumbing now. These folks are amazing! They saved me at least $8k from another company claiming that i had busted pipes, etc. underground. TDT took the time over the phone to explain all possibilities and made a quality recommendation for taking a step by step process before jumping into the worst case scenario. My total bill was $800 for a new cleanout installed in the front yard plus a number of minor tasks with the old pipes. I also used them for my tenants next door and they made a quick $150 trip to clean out their water line. Everything is working great. Fair, honest, on time and easy to work with. 10 Stars!!!

I used Hexagon Plumbing to install bathroom fixtures for our apartment-garage that I was turning into an office. George is a top-notch professional. He made sure his crew got everything done correctly. If we ever had an issue, he would personally get it resolved. The work was completed back in May and I have had no issues. I would recommend Hexagon Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Called on New Years Eve sent a man right away he was very professional and worked his tail off getting the job since there was a situation that came up showed up again on New Year’s Day very satisfied with the commitment meeting my needs again thank you by the way the young man’s name was Mark would highly recommend.
