The problem was solved initially, but it came back the next day.I called back to explain the problem and the crew returned. They explained what was done and reviewed additional troubleshooting steps with me.

I have been putting off getting needed plumbing work done for YEARS due to anxiety about the process and finally made the call. Perez made the process painless and Ian and Eric were excellent helpers.

Called and spoke to Gilbert and asked for an estimate for a clogged drain. He refused to provide an estimate and said he could tell me once they saw it. On my way home, Gilbert said his guy was on his way to my house. When I arrived home, the guy said he had been waiting for an hour an half. Then, after looking at the pipe that was clogged, he said Gilbert told him to charge me $225. I asked him, Then why didn't he tell me that when I asked him for an estimate? I reluctantly agreed and 15 minutes later, he said he was done. We tested it and the pipe was still clogged. He said he would have to cut the pipe, but that it would cost more. I said to forget it. He was already charging me $225 for 15 minutes of work, I could only image what he would charge me to keep working on it. He went to his truck and said that after talking to Gilbert, he could do it for another $75. I agreed since I had to have it repaired. This time, he did fix it, but not after walking away like you have just been hustled. I give 2 stars because at least he fixed it.

In the Loop Plumbing was super easy to call and schedule a time to come out. Wes arrived at the time he told me and was quick to diagnose the issue with our water heater. I also had him take a look at a toilet and his assistant fixed it for me on the spot. Easily the best service I’ve experienced with home related repairs!!! DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. Turbo offered me the best service, when my air conditioner stopped working and I didn't understand why, they checked everything and found the fault in the condenser, they made the fix in record time and at an excellent price. I was super satisfied, I recommend them.

We called Friday evening and spoke to Bobby about a weird drain clog we had where the bathroom sink was overflowing even though we didn't have the faucet on. He talked us through what to do to get through the night so we wouldn't have any overtime fees, then he scheduled us fohe morning. He let us watch what he did so that we could try and fix the clog in the future, though it turned out the clog was behind the wall so he needed to bring up his machine to fix it. But he was very professional, gave good advice, and we felt well taken care of the whole time!
