Every time I have had to call for an issue they have come quickly. They are very professional and kind. I really like the way I get an estimate and updates if anything changes with the work, and the pictures to prove it and show the improvement when finished. The 90 day warranty is great as well. Ben has come over to our house twice in the last month for unclogging different toilets. Both times he came on time, was extremely professional and reasonable. He is the plumber I trust and call on for our repairs.

I had an after hours emergency (busted pipe)I felt like each person that I spoke with cared about my situaton and wanted to help me. A tech arrived even quicker than expected. Turns out the pipe replacement would be a 'two man job' but he did a temp fix so we could have running water and needed to schedule to come back with another tech to complete the work. He was flexible with time/date to work around our schedule. I was nervous about cost too since this is a bigger company and the after hours service but the price was very reasonable. Overall great expierence, will definitely keep that magnet on my fridge for future use.

In this day and age it's hard to find honest people who doesn't take advantage of customers. The service from Lindell Francis was exceptional. He was honest and trustworthy.

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. WOW, these guys really came through for us! Brandon rocks and his prices are fair. Santiago Plumbing is my go to company for everything having to do with plumbing now. As a project coordinator for a nonprofit reconstruction organization its important we use the most reliable subcontractors. Houston Plumbing is that kind of sub. Always returns calls, is there when the say they will be, and completes the job for what they said they would and in a timely manner.

Micah and Jose were great. Thought there was a leak in the wall, but Micah and Jose worked quickly to deduce that the leak was from a bad wax ring on the toilet. They replaced the wax ring and inspected the flange to ensure that it was in good shape. I sincerely appreciated them taking the time to explain how they found the issue and what to look for in the future. Can’t say enough great things about TDT Plumbing as well as Micah and Jose!

M&M help me out of a terrible situation. Monday we had a different plumber do some work; replace a old tub mixer valve with a new one. After 5 hours and me discovering mistakes for them to correct we thought they were finished. I paid them and they left. I went to clean up the tub and the valve would not cut off the water and worse I found a pin hole in a joint. Water is spraying everywhere. I call X-Perts plumbing back. With on answer. Now it is 2am.Tuesday morning I called M&M plumbing. The friendly voice on the phone said he could have someone out in an hour. Right on time Keith from M&M was at my door. Very pleasant and professional young man. He went right to work. He would give me the bad possibilities but hope for the best. He was able to repair the hard to get to pin hole in minutes. Then on to the tub. This took more thought, he had to figure out what the other plumber had done wrong, in the end we believed small parts were missing. Just as he was finishing that up the bathtub drain seal broke and the tub water from upstairs began pouring out of my downstairs kitchen lights. What a nightmare. If it had to happen I am so grateful it did when Keith was here and not X-Perts. Keith was able to find the parts and installed in a timely manner. You can imagine how panic I am right now. I have already paid for one plumber and now Keith has been here 3+hours working. My husband and I were so relieved when we saw the bill. Not cheap but definitely not over price. I asked for some business card so I can pass their name around. I will use them again, wish their name would have pop up on Google when I was searching, found them under 24 hour plumbing.
