For years I have depended on Nick’s Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. A few weeks ago, after years of low hot water flow, made worse by the recent freeze, I called Nick’s for help. Adam Coker arrived, sized up the problem and formulated a recovery plan. Adam performed a few immediate fixes which helped tremendously, the final fix being a hot water re-pipe. When the re-pipe date arrived, Adam was accompanied by his brother Ethan. It was amazing to watch this dynamic duo go to work. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and it was apparent their goal was to complete the re-pipe quickly, accurately and with as little collateral damage as possible. When plumbing work in my building requires the water to be shut off, the entire building is affected, so the shut off must be scheduled in advance and strictly adhered to. Adam and Ethan made sure the water was off only within the allotted time and completed the entire re-pipe in one very long day. Throughout the entire process, Adam and Ethan maintained a great attitude and positive demeanor.Kudos to Nick’s for hiring top notch employees like Adam and Ethan. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am, the only reason I gave them 5 Stars is because I can’t give them 6. I will continue to be a loyal Nick’s customer and will recommend Nick’s to anyone I know needing plumbing & HVAC work.

GEI Plumbing Services did a complete plumbing set-up for our new powder room. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. We also took advantage of having a plumber in the house to do some minor fixes in the bathrooms upstairs. The plumber was able to fix the flow in one shower, and eliminated the leak in the other.

We had a major water leak at our meter vault that needed urgent repair - our building was without water. After calling several companies, we found Halo Plumbing which reassured us that they could find the leak and fix it. They responded quickly and sent about 5 guys to tackle the issue. They not only found and fixed the major leak, but encountered a smaller leak as well, which they also repaired. We are so impressed with their service that we will continue to hire them for future plumbing needs. I cannot recommend Halo Plumbing enough.

All I can say is Blue Frog plumbing of NW Houston is now my go to plumber!!!!!! They are Fabulous!!!!! I had them replace a toilet in my home and I was blown away by how professional and experienced they were!!!! They not only did a great job , they were on time and very neat. I highly recommend them!!! Way to go Blue Frog plumbing of NW Houston!!!

After the surprise winter storm the main pipe busted in 6 areas and flooded the house. They came out the day scheduled and repaired the pipe and verified there were no additional leaks/breaks.Thank you all SO MUCH for coming so quickly and resolving the repair needed the same day so we can move forward with getting the house back to normal.If you want honest quality work call them!

Awful. The vm said out of town for a wedding until the 10th. Send a text. Sent a text no reply. Now the 17th no reply. Called got same voicemail. Never used them but not for lack of trying

I supervise a manufacturing business that was in need for updated plumbing to our main water line throughout the facility. Mr. Rooter did a great job replacing over 350 ft. They did the work safely and prepared themselves for training to use our scissor lifts. We figured it wasn’t going to be an easy job, but they managed to complete everything within our goals. Great experience, arrived on time, gave me the estimate ahead of time, very clean, fantastic job.

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

Called them to fix a leak behind a wall in my bathroom. They came and fixed it and billed me the same day. Two months later the same pipe they worked on leaked again. I called and asked if they had any warranty on their work and they said if it was the material or labor on their end it would be covered by their warranty. They came and fixed it again didn't say anything about a charge, no one called after about a bill, thought the matter was done. Then two weeks later they sent me a bill by mail.So I have to pay twice to get the job done right I guess (not to mention having to have my dry wall repaired twice now as well).

I recently discovered M&M Plumbing when my toilet system in Friendswood, Texas, developed a blockage. The tech was here quick and on time, and was very knowledgable and friendly. The problem was resolved quickly, and the price was very fair. I will be recommending M&M to friends and family.

Needed my house repiped and got a quote from Abacus and Aaron's, and Aaron's was almost half the price of Abacus. After the job I see why it was so much cheaper. A two day job turned into a 5 day job because the first two days the crew kept having to leave to take care of some stuff and in the first two days they only worked about 3 hours. On the third day they got halfway through and then they ran out of connections and it was too late to go pick more up. Water had to stay off over the weekend (for a total of 4 days) and they didn't start work on Monday until almost 1pm and finished at 8pm. After they left I tested all my fixtures and they forgot to run pipe to my half bath, and my yard sprinkler system no longer works. It seems like people have had better experiences with this company but this is just extremely unprofessional work. I won't be using them again.
