Very professional and went the extra mile to find a fourth leak after repairing 3 in the attic. Our technician stayed late and removed the dishwasher to cut a hole in the wall in a hidden spot to make the necessary repairs without causing more damage than necessary.

Originally I planned to replace the faucet in the backyard. The guy who showed up was very knowledgeable and knew what he is doing. Everything was done very fast and professional. Because of this circumstance I showed him the faucet in the garage that did not work either. He right away replaced it, too. I can recommend them.

This company is good at taking advantage of you during your hour of need. Once you agree to use them then over time their true colors shine. Things that I was told would happen, didn’t. For example, I was told I would receive bids, and pictures and info would be sent to my insurance company. A repeated lie that never happened. They never remained in contact with my insurance company. Almost a month later I am still trying to get the final invoice to myself and my insurance and Roto rooter care specialist, Margaret is calling me a liar and saying it was sent instead of just resending the paperwork. Employees would either be no call no show, or else show up when I wasn’t home. I agreed for one person to have access to the key to my home and instead multiple had access to the key. The mitigation team created a fire hazard, left the toilet seat up, and at least once didn’t even flush the toilet, and left staples in my walls in 3 rooms. The estimate that I asked for relating to the new water heater wasn’t professionally done and I had to give them a copy of a professional estimate for them to understand how to do one instead of a hand written estimate that barely included any details. The final estimate looked like the person never used MS Word or any word processing program. They have you sign documents without explaining what the documents are or allowing you to read them. At final cleanup, I had to get them to repeatedly clean up and remove trash. The water heater was installed ok, but had to have another plumber come out to move the water heater so a door could be installed and to fill in holes. The plumber that originally did the work was very proud of his journeyman certificate and used that as an excuse to not explain anything to me. When things decided were done I still had issues and Margaret decided the best way to handle them were to harass me on the phone while I was having dinner and trying to relax. A month has passed since the work was completed and neither myself nor my insurance company have received the final invoice nor pictures. When I asked Margaret about it she would rather call me and the insurance agent a liar than just agree to resend them. Overall average work, horrible communication, rude behavior, and they did not know how to do paperwork properly for insurance companies.

Redfin Plumbing did a great job. I had a hodgepodge of home sale items with slow drains the primary problem. They investigated the issues, gave me a quote, and performed the work. They were neat and clean and explained everything. I am always amazed at how expensive electricians and plumbers are. If we all could do that work we wouldn't need them! Paid for invoice to have work started and then I was ghosted. I’ve called several times to get work started and this never happened. Y’all can’t say y’all do it right the first time is you never get the work started. Way to go keeping people waiting with busted pipes UDATED* the replying to comment from owner the estimate was just sent today at 2:42pm June 6.. 2 weeks later. If y’all made a mistake own up to it with common courtesy (meaning how fast can the job be done?) If I’m on a waitlist just forget about it. Thanks

I had a broken cast iron waste line under my home. Houston Plumbing Services came out and rerouted over a hundred feet of new PVC pipe underground across my front lawn into the 4” main sewer line. They had to remove part of my driveway to do it. They did the whole project in one day including putting the concrete driveway back. I am an architect and I must say they did a very professional job. They cleaned up so well you can hardly tell that my front yard was such a mess at the beginning of the excavation. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are top notch.
