We had a plumbing issue with our shower, and we were confused as to what was causing the problem. I called Aberle Plumbing for what appeared to be a leaking water valve. The technician inspected the valve and said it was not leaking and said I did not need to replace. I complete a request online for services to be completed for my garbage disposal. The tech who came out, Michael felt that he could assess the situation by just taken my none expertise to say that the disposal needed to be changed completely. While his assessment may have been correct, I would have felt much better had he even looked that the disposal to confirm that it was actually something that needed to be changed. He then continued to tell me that he didn’t have to look at the garbage disposal because he has been doing plumbing for 20 years. Of course I will be using another company and never using Toto-rooter they are expensive and unprofessional. Stay away from this company they are concerned about there bottom line and not helping people.
