We had an amazing experience with Cooper Plumbing! We had an emergency with a giant leak in our kitchen from a pipe in the wall that was spilling through to the downstairs and the external wall. Jeremiah was quick to respond and worked hard to find the source of the leak. (It was in the worst possible spot.) He was pleasant to work with the entire time, as it felt like he spent the entire day at our house. After fixing the busted pipe at an extremely reasonable price, he recommended another amazing company who is now helping us with repairing the extensive damage caused by the leak. We would 100% recommend Cooper Plumbing to literally everyone. Lifesavers.

My experience with Wedgeworth was all anyone could wish for from scheduling the appt, to availability that was attentive to my needs, to courtesy call prior to arrival, to the two reps who took care of my appt. Both were extremely professional, courteous, and generous to allow me to ask questions and get assistance in knowing how to deal with any unexpected issues as we head to the pending artic front. Both men were so kind to help instill a comfort level in me making sure my preparations are on track to be prepared for the unexpected. Would definitely recommend and would use Wedgeworth again.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience with Roto-Rooter. The technician they sent to me did not seem to really care about his job and was back and forth about the price to replace a Moen hot/cold water cartridge. He walked in the room and just took my word for what was wrong with the hot water, which I had googled the problem, said oh those Moen cartridges are about $120, they are expensive. He didn't even turn the water on or pretend to do diagnostics. Then went to his truck and wrote up a quote that said the cartridge was only $15 dollars. I signed and agreed to the work. Then he went back to his truck and called my cell phone from the truck and said he needed to go to home depot cause he didn't have the cartridge on is truck as previously stated and returned with a receipt that says it was $50 dollars. Already I have lost faith but I didn't listen to instinct and let him proceed with the work. During the work of aggressively pulling the old cartridge which had been there for 11 years, he ruined the position of the piping which led to a gap between the tile and the tub down spout. He claims it must have been like that already but I watched the process as it happened. I pointed out this new problem and he says all he can do is caulk it. Mind you this new gap is about 1/4 inch and looks bad. He didn't even caulk in the area he worked in where the shower handle was. I'm super disappointed and wish I had have stuck with John Moore or tried someone new.Update: After making a phone call to management, Roto-Rooter sent a more competent technician out and fixed the problem and now I am satisfied with the work.

We purchased a home in a gated neighborhood almost a year ago. We had major plumbing work and had four companies give us outrageous quotes without understanding the scope. Other plumbing companies were fired for make-up work to pocket the money or never pull a City inspection. We were living in a nightmare world!We came across Acacias Plumbing through our patio contractor. Acacias Plumbing worked on redoing our plumbing system on 3 ½ bathrooms, new patio, kitchen, and every location where we had water issues. They even fixed other plumbers' mistakes. Acacias Plumbing ensured everything was inspected and waited for the inspector for any question that needed to be addressed.Acacias Plumbing saves you money by fixing things right the first time and never replacing items that don't need to be replaced. They find new issues, such as a cracked wall or fixture breaking; they tell you when it is practical and give you clear information. We found it very helpful since our bathrooms were gutted. Had previously given this company a 5 star rating. This week, we have had them out to replace our external electric box, update our internal box to current codes.After this, we found out we needed to replace our entire A/C system. They came out the next day, then left without finishing the work (we found this out when the new A/C stopped working the next day and one of their techs informed us that it was not complete).They also told me they would schedule someone to come the next day and re-install our attic stairs (this wasn't scheduled until I spoke to their management on Thursday night). It's currently Friday, the stairs have finally been re-installed (took literally 30 minutes to do). There are exposed wires lying on the ground outside next to our condenser that have been spliced together and covered in taped and I've been getting an endless string of your on the schedule for today, but no ETA after being told the evening before that someone would be out before noon.Update: Have two customer concern escalation tickets logged. We'll see if they get in touch.Update 2: They called and tried to schedule an appointment for Monday. I explained the situation to the scheduler (which was probably my 9th time to explain it to someone) who was very understanding and helpful in escalating it. Someone is now on the way out to the house. This was a horrible experience.Update 3: Finally fixed. I should say ALL the technicians we're excellent. The issue with this company seems to be with the installation crew, a lack of communication in customer service and dispatch, and management (except for Rick who was extremely helpful). Not sure what happened to this company but it'll be a hard road to win back any trust from us.Pictured Below: Electrical safety!

These folks are amazing! They saved me at least $8k from another company claiming that i had busted pipes, etc. underground. TDT took the time over the phone to explain all possibilities and made a quality recommendation for taking a step by step process before jumping into the worst case scenario. My total bill was $800 for a new cleanout installed in the front yard plus a number of minor tasks with the old pipes. I also used them for my tenants next door and they made a quick $150 trip to clean out their water line. Everything is working great. Fair, honest, on time and easy to work with. 10 Stars!!!

Absolutely worthless!!! These guys actually installed a drain that went uphill... Plumbers don't do that!!! What was more infuriating is that neither Emilio nor his crew could keep a schedule. For days they would tell me a time, not show up, and then quote another time when I called them (they did not call me when they were late), and then not show up at that time either. These guys are incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT HIRE THESE IDIOTS!!! Also, please note that the 22 5-star reviews to date use similar language styles and were probably written by the same people--maybe even Emilio himself. He should be ashamed to call himself a plumber!

Very professional and very high quality work. Joe is great! However, this business does charge a fair amount more than other plumbers have quoted me for the same work. If you have a complex problem that you want to be done right, this is your plumber.

Very professional company, not the cheapest prices.... But very good work done, and worth every penny. Talk to supervisor Charles White, he will always make sure his guys finish on time, and with there mess cleaned, and all safety precautions taken for any dangerous jobs. They dont only worry about their safety, but will seal off any dangerous holes needed to let open over night with caution take, and metal covers to prevent anyone especially kids or animals.

They were very friendly and quick with fixing a leak in our bathroom sink. Would definitely call them again if we have any other issues in the future!

After having a subpar job done by another company Perfection Plumbing sent Jimmy and he was professional, on-time, didn't talk a lot but most importantly he repaired the faulty faucet the first character wrecked. I appreciate Jimmy being attentive and caring to my distraught situation.

Spoke with Angela , she was helpful, sweet, honest but above all considerate and listened to our plumbing problem, though was not an ER situation made time to get our plumbing fixed same day! Christian went above and beyond what I would consider AC maintenance. He let me know that my attic fan was not working, which is a problem considering I have expensive and new equipment in the attic. He also discussed with me media filters and I did not even know they existed. He also followed through with my other requests and really appreciate his work ethic. He is very knowledgeable, intelligent with a Physics degree (I got a C in college Physics and Astronomy) and I would wholeheartedly recommend him.
