Great service and care in explaining in detail on why my water heater was leaking and the resolution. Gilbert and his crew were very knowledgeable and helpful answering questions and inquiries I had. Service was professional, prompt and overall excellent experience.

Tech could have covered the floor of my kitchen cabinet with a drop cloth. That way the floor would not have gotten scratched up by his tools.
He left an inch of exposed copper pipe on the outside. I think he could have cut the pipe closer to the house.

Bluefrog was the second plumber I called in for a badly clogged kitchen sink. After 2 hours of trying to unclog, the first plumber told me that the line was probably broken and he needed to run a camera line in to determine where the break was - $$$$. I called bluefrog for a second opinion and their plumber had it cleared and draining perfectly in short order using a water pressure machine for a fraction of the previous estimate! He was friendly, personable and highly professional to boot! Highly recommend!

If you have plumbing at your home/business that needs repair - look no farther! The work done by Redfin is exceptional. They tunneled, replaced, and re-routed ALL plumbing at my house recently and every other contractor that was working on the house said a sentence like I normally dislike plumbers... but wow, this is great work. Horrible company !! Flooded one of my houses. Did $35,000 damage to it and would not give me his insurance. Put in used parts. Lied to me many times. Had to get the city to revoke his permits. Will probably end up in court with this guy. Stay away - big trouble !!!!

The moment I called and explained my problem I was put through to a plumber. After a quick explanation I understood and was confident he knew exactly what was going on and scheduled me for a visit in 15 Minutes. If I was impressed with that then I was even more impressed when Mike showed up on time, did a very quick and efficient service on my whole house water filter and was the friendliest guy you could meet. Go with All Tex would be my best recommendation for any plumbing work you want.

Jose and his worker did a great job fixing our leak. They were affordable, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend!

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Derrick was the best person to come out to my home for my repairs. Great price for the work. He went over and beyond his duty to make me a complete and satisfied customer. Poor quality controlNot sure what Warranty covers but you will have to pay someone 75$ to tell you it's not covered.High end prices but middle to low end quality of work.
