The service attendant was clean and efficient.The thing that will keep me from calling Nicks Plumbing again is theprice. 30 min here no parts and the cost $265.00. Twice what it should have been. There are more reasonable companies out there.

After the Texas freeze storm of 2021, we needed to have our home totally re-piped. We obtained a few quotes from other local companies but eventually decided to go with Bluefrog Plumbing + Drainage of West Houston. The ladies at the office who were the first point of contact were awesome and amazingly friendly.CJ and his crew came out to survey the house and started the job soon after evaluating the job and providing a reasonable quote for what it cost to do the job. By midday, the whole house was completely re-piped in a very excellent and professional manner. I have had to use Bluefrog a few times since then for other jobs. I recommend Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of West Houston for all your plumbing needs. Ask for CJ by name. He is a decent man and knows his job.

The gentleman was very nice however he just put a clamp on the pipe we would have rather had the pipe replaced instead of a clamp but tha was never an option. Just said our pipes were old we know that all other plumbers have replaced pipe sections never put a clamp and for 95.00 very expensive. I would not use this Company again. But the service man was very nice.

We actually got to speak with a plumber, not an answering service. The technician nick was very kind and knowledgeable. He calmed my wife down on the phone and instructed us on what to do to prevent further damage. He arrived within 2 hours and gave us a fair quote for repair or replacement, and helped us talk to our home insurance company for water remediation services. From start to finish, nick and his apprentice ben were very professional in our home. I’ll be using them to install my water softener I’ve been wanting.

Called them to fix a leak behind a wall in my bathroom. They came and fixed it and billed me the same day. Two months later the same pipe they worked on leaked again. I called and asked if they had any warranty on their work and they said if it was the material or labor on their end it would be covered by their warranty. They came and fixed it again didn't say anything about a charge, no one called after about a bill, thought the matter was done. Then two weeks later they sent me a bill by mail.So I have to pay twice to get the job done right I guess (not to mention having to have my dry wall repaired twice now as well).
