When I called Nick's Plumbing, I received a confirmation text that my two hour window for service was scheduled before I go off of the phone with them. One minute later. I received a text that my Service Technician Will was on the way. Will was very professional & knowledgeable. He gave me a quote for a new water heater, order parts & replaced the 40 gal water heater in the attic of my two story home. Will got to my house at 3:15 and we gone by 7:00 pm. Thanks for the great service Nick's & Will.

I needed a sewer inspection for the purpose of buying a house. Even though I told BlueFrog technician there was no sewer clean box in this property, he inspected the premises, and he did find it. Made the job much simpler, and better for my budget. He did a quick plumbing check of water and drainage in the house faucets to assess the comments I shared with him regarding a previous home inspection. CJ also shared general plumbing facts with me which I always find helpful. Thank you, CJ.

I woke up to a badly clogged kitchen sink. I called Halo Plumbing right away and Karen had technicians out by 2:30 that afternoon. The guys were all wearing company shirts to identify them and they worked quickly and quietly and corrected the problem. I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber.

Stellar service from the first phone call.Just finished renovations on my new house and was starting to piece things together when a contractor called us to let us know that Centerpoint came to do something and said the gas line from the meter into the house was in terrible shape and needed to be replaced immediately - something our inspector didn't catch.We were already planning on getting a plumber to handle connecting the gas stove top, all the sink/dishwasher/disposal connections, and placing a new toilet in, but this expedited the process.I called (semi-frantically) on a Saturday as things like gas lines are in need of quick taking care of. Half the businesses I called didn't answer or wanted quite a bit just to come out. When I called All in the Family, I left a voicemail but immediately Donna called me back to let me know someone could come out on Monday to fix the line and give a quote for the rest of the work. They were willing to work with my work schedule so I could miss as little as possible as I work 25 miles away from my house.Mark came out promptly on Monday and explained what he needed to do to fix the gas line as well as what we COULD have to do if things didn't go smoothly and we had to escalate the situation. Luckily, things went well and no sheetrock had to be cut. He also showed me how the gas line going in (besides being corroded as all get out) wasn't fully screwed into the house - eek! He allowed me to ask all the questions I wanted as this was my house, something I really appreciated. He also advised that the inspection company had no excuse for not catching something of this caliber and to ask for compensation (hint: they did pay for the work and owned up).He then looked at everything else and advised us on some of our choices (don't listen to all the sales people at Lowe's, people - listen to your plumber). Called them back the next week to finish up work (once we returned some of our upsold products from Lowe's) and Mark and Jake did a great job finishing up everything else. They tested everything and ensured it was all to satisfaction.Upfront and honest with their pricing, on time, personable and just all around helpful.SO thankful that I connected with them. You never HOPE to call out a plumber, but if I have to - I know who I'll be calling back!

WE WOULD NEVER HIRE BRADS PLUMBING AGAIN. Sent out 3 guys in two vans, one admittedly an apprentice that did not much more than stand around hold a ladder. Only one guy did any real work.They broke the access panel in the ceiling and made a makeshift replacement out of MY materials, BUT they were just going to tape it together and do nothing more, but I prevailed. For 2 SMALL leaks needing only 2 galvanized nipples, one coupling and 2 waterflex connectors, we were charged over $550.00 and not provided an itemized invoice. My husband was aghast at the bill and I called and asked for an itemized invoice detailing material and labor which I received promptly by mail. Brad showed he charged $9.00 to provide an itemized invoice. Padding the bill and charging for itemized invoices....what a shady businessman. BAD BUSINESS>

Pilix Plumbing was able to repair a shower faucet that had been installed incorrectly by a prior company, and did so without having to break the new marble tile that had been installed! Was beyond thankful that they were able to respond as quickly as they did, and they were so gracious. Another issue needed a new valve and they went and picked it up at a warehouse across town, so that our shower could be up and running same day. What a team! Thankful we were referred to them. This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet.
