The plumber, Ron, came same day as requested and changed out the water heater. He called before coming to give me an estimate and there were only a couple of things added to install the heater. I liked that Nick's Plumbing sent an email and text with a photo of Ron. My only problem was that I had already gotten up the water from the leaked water heater and when they left there was more water for me to clean up in the garage. I think they should have vacuum the water before leaving, especially since it was their fault that the water heater leaked while they were removing it.

Doug, was punctual, professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He solved our tankless water problem and gave us other advise as to how to avoid problems in the future. We now have our GO TO PLUMBER. I would whole heartedly recommend Blue Frog to anyone needing plumbing repair.

Approximately a month ago I called for an estimate to have my water heater replaced. I chose Redfin to do the work because I felt the most comfortable with the estimate I received. Redfin had Heath perform the installation. His work was top shelf, he made an adjust to the attic location placing the water heater closer to the water and gas pipes. All the necessary attachments / fixtures were made and the craftsmanship is a showpiece for how you do a water heater installation right. Needed my house repiped and got a quote from Abacus and Aaron's, and Aaron's was almost half the price of Abacus. After the job I see why it was so much cheaper. A two day job turned into a 5 day job because the first two days the crew kept having to leave to take care of some stuff and in the first two days they only worked about 3 hours. On the third day they got halfway through and then they ran out of connections and it was too late to go pick more up. Water had to stay off over the weekend (for a total of 4 days) and they didn't start work on Monday until almost 1pm and finished at 8pm. After they left I tested all my fixtures and they forgot to run pipe to my half bath, and my yard sprinkler system no longer works. It seems like people have had better experiences with this company but this is just extremely unprofessional work. I won't be using them again.

A rare find. Have been calling on Bobby and his team for several years as well as recommending them to friends and businesses without hesitation. These are people you can trust and do not mind having them work in your home. Recently had All-Tex replace 35 year old galvanized pipe in my home with cpvc. We discussed various options, pros and cons, and I decided that this was the way that made the most sense for our situation. ALL of the people on the job were professional and knew what they were doing. They even had plenty of patience for an inquisitive homeowner. As a follow up, Bobby has an excellent sheetrock repair person on board who came the day after the plumbing job was finished. Highly recommend All-Tex for all types of plumbing repairs and services.
