This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. They came out within 24 hours to diagnose and fix a drainage issue. Rob was great - showed me what he was doing and explained the process. He also put up with my nosey hound dog wondering what he was working on under the sink. Problem was fixed in half an hour.

Derrick was knowledgeable and diagnosed what needed to done quickly to tap into a hot water line to install my bidet attachment to my toilet. I would recommend anyone to use this guy for their plumbing projects.

I called this nearby plumber when I had a clog in my toilet that no one else could clear. They arrived within a few hours and provided me with a quote. He then dispatched his men over, and they had it mended in one hour. Both the cost and the level of service were reasonable.

He came right on time to check out my faucet. He knocked on the door (doorbell is broken), and was immediately pleasant and helpful. He explained the process to me, and worked quickly and cleanly. I will definitely request that he returns if we need any other plumbing work.
